I got a credit card today and went into my paypal account and clicked add credit card but it still says my balance is $0.00 Is this supposed to be like that? How do i add funds without a US bank account
I beleive the next time you use your paypal account it will just charge your purchase to your credit card. Your paypal account says 0.00 because that is your paypal balance or your actual cash balance , not your credit card balance. Hope you understand this.
