Try doing
700 - quick kegels a day
3 - 1 minute a day
1 - Kegel held as long as possible (I think i've done up to 3-4 mins)
100 - 5 second kegels
Do that for a week and your muscle will be screaming, I get so hard that it sometimes hurt. At times I can't even get hard because its sore, but I give it a break and I have a big case of blue balls and feel like a 13 year old again.
