Today's length session actually went very well! Looks like my glans was beating up, but over not bad for the first day with the Length Master.
If anything I need to learn to wrap better before putting on the length master.
As far as intensity goes I pulled hard as I could I will admit I felt a lot of pain during the stretches, but not in a bad way. More of a stretch than anything.
I noticed during expressive stretches I felt like I was pulling part of the sack especially trying to pull upward I could feel my sack moving.
Upward Stretches felt more easier to pull compared to straight down or straight out to the center.
I was wondering if anyone can answer a question is it possible for some to be prime for girth more or vice versa?
I’m not sure what you mean my brother could you ask the question in a different way? If you’re talking about a warm-up then using your BM is perfect for a warm-up. If that’s not the question please just ask again.

Yes indeed and I can vouch for that personally. I put on length very easily, I gained 2 inches and six months which is unheard of. But I struggled with girth. I only getting 1/2 of an inch in that same six months. It was not until I went to more hard core exercises and equipment that I was able to gain the girth they have today.

After staying wrapped for 4 hours in extended state I decided to pull the testicles downward at the same time stretching the penis up as DLD mentioned newbie routine for a better flaccid hang.
That following night and morning I had increase in my erection quality and morning woods.
Usually my penis turtles up after unwrapping, but last night I maintained a good flaccid hang.

The trick is to, which I'm learning myself, and I've been using an LM for a very long time, I have the LM1 so I'm going on years, is to go in 20-minute increments, even though you may feel you can do more. Of course your body will let you know. The trick is to rest and massage after these increments. That will help tremendously, I'm going through a injury myself as we speak because I went on too long sessions using the LM, hanging. I just finished my length routine for today I had a difficult time staying erect during erect stretches so I added a cockring.
I was wondering is it normal for the glans to turn gray when using the Length Master and should I do my erect stretches after my routine like I been doing? At the moment I don't have a great EQ after stretches.

At the moment I'm having a difficult time performing behind the cheeks with LM. Does anyone know how to perform this exercise with the Length Master?

All told I gained about an inch. Probably slightly over an inch. But I've been off and on with PE, and I use a lot more things than just the LM. I've just been going pretty regularly and intensely for the past maybe 6 months or so. I have been using the LM probably for, I don't know hard to say, 3 years? But it wasn't terribly serious until recently, mostly this is because I started hanging, which I've never done before.Very much appreciated for the infoHave you made any gains with LM?
I'm the same way. If I focus on length my EQ is rock solid but if I train girth EQ suffers.By the way I noticed my night and morning woods are more frequent after length routine compared to girth days where I hardly get night and morning woods.
I usually heal extended or expanded with a cockring for 4 hours after my routine.

also, I like to get kegel and RK training in while I do my stretches for maximum efficiency. Have you tried that?
I've noticed that Kegeling and RKing during stretches really fatigues the muscles. It's like weightlifting for your PC muscles ? Also, once it's fatigued the stretches become deeper. That's my experience anyway. I don't do these often enough but it's a good reminder ?I do erect stretches every other length day.
I haven't tried Kegeling or Reverse Kegeling during stretches. Personally I really like to separate the twoMaybe go erect.

I noticed if I don't measure right away my expansion seems to go down.
Today's expansion was a whole lot better than my previous girth day.

Thanks for the question was my brother I want to see if I can help you out. It sounds like you’re holding too much blood in your head when you wrap for your LM. As you wrap short squeeze every bit of blood out of your head, if there is blood left in the head it will cause massive pressure. The Lengthmaster should be positioned behind your head not on your head.
Be Sure to wrap with perfection, this can’t be stressed enough! Wrapping should be smooth and without folds, creases or wrinkles. A poor wrap will lead to a terrible session of slipping and pinching.
With expressive stretching I suggest going five sets of 60 seconds each not five minutes in a row. do you want to take a short break between sets, maybe 30 seconds.

Should I be taking short breaks with behind the cheeks and basic stretches as well for 15 to 30 seconds?
Should bundles be 2 minutes and 30 seconds to the left and right with a 30 second break in between as well?

Okay, I just finished my length routine and I realize how much I prefer girth days over length days.
I did 5 minutes of Expressive Stretches without LM.
Overall I don't have to pull that hard with the Length Master to feel the stretch especially with bundles.
My stretches have been very light to say the least more like a hold.
Today's one of those days where I don't feel motivated to continue on it's more like I have to do it day. Any words of encouragement would help!

I just took my cockring off and my girth is super skinnyI'm also having a little hard time getting erection.
