Yes stress can be a huge factor when measuring. And you cannot lose size while you’re training so anything that did not show up in that measurement was due to other factors.
 
I have a question for DLD.

At the moment I'm having a hard time performing behind the cheeks with LM. Do you think it would be alright to go manually just using my hands and not the LM for this one exercise?
 
I just finished my girth routine and I have to say it was way better than my previous session.

I noticed as my erection decreases with a cockring on my penis gets fatter and my measurements are different compared to erect.

Length day!

Today's routine went fairly well. I had a good stretch using the LM. I do feel some slippage from the wrap when stretching pushing against the glans.

I decided to stick with behind the cheeks using the LM instead of manually.

Overall today was great! ?

Let's just say it was intense! Once I had a good wrap I had no problem what's so ever.

This time I just used uncle Jim's wrap by itself.

I'm just having a hard time stretching straight out without the wrap moving towards the glans.

Hey guys, because of work obligations I might not get to continue my PE routine.

I want to continue with PE but I might need shorten my routine.

I want to continue with my bathmate routine and 5×5×3 program during the shower including bathmate stretches.

I don't know if I should add a short stretch routine in the mix?

In my opinion and all of my work over the past 20 years I think is most wise to go after one first then the other later. When were able to focus all of our energy into one thing they can grow so much faster than when we’re splitting our energies between two things.

That’s exactly the way it should happen. I go in to the pump 100% erect and when I come out I’m about 95 to 90% erect. With SSJ you want to be less than 100% erect but no less than 90%

I think most of us been there my man. For me length is nearly impossible, girth my dick eats up girth like a buffet. I kind of notice, you probably do too, PE is like an exercising, never quite fun, maybe for some, but once you get in the routine it becomes easier. I'm probably not telling you anything you don't know. I still have hard times doing my length because length almost seems impossible for me. But I keep at it and I noticed slight differences, it's tough, but we can do it

True length gains are probably easier to achieve than girth. However, as you said, they are there but incremental and difficult to see until measured - there is very little to suggest that PE is working from session to session so it’s not as exciting and motivation has to come from within...from the belief that it is working...this might be based on past personal gains or the gains of others...whereas girth gains can be seen every time we PE, albeit temporarily.

Honestly it's just personal I can't complete my tasks or PE if I'm constantly jacking to adult entertainment. I don't believe masturbation would effect gains after girth is over as long as you get through the healing stage, but on the other hand I like to stay at my maximum girth to make gains and get thru the day.

I really believe edging is the best form of masturbation. At least 20-30 minutes.

I mean you could utilize it as a reward for getting your PE in for the day. Get all your length work in during the day and then after your girth work in the PM, treat yourself to a nice fap sesh.

Hey guys, I just started back BM session today after more than week off from PE. Anyway I reached a 5 today I believe this is my lowest expansion I have ever had in awhile.

I did 5 minute warm up using the bathmate then went straight into 5x5x3 program as usual.

My routine used to be one set of bundles for 5 minutes and one set of basic stretches before doing 10 minutes of DLD'S Hardcore Bathmate Stretches and 5×5×3 program.

I noticed I kept losing EQ during SSJ.

Do you think I should go back to bundles and BM stretches like my old routine because I noticed better expansion compared to just doing 5×5×3 alone?

Wish me luck I'm trying again :)

I would say that you’re probably doing the SSJ incorrectly and that’s not really your fault it’s because there’s so many different threads with people saying how it’s done when it’s not really that way. The best place to see the exercise on video is at www.mattersofsize.com/access go to the AV section and download the isolated compression squeeze. This will show you exactly how to do the SSJ and you will see incredible expansion.

Yes the upper hand and lower hand should be pushing together. Did you look at the video at www.mattersofsize.com/access? If you look in the AV section you will find a exercise called the isolated compression squeeze, this was the name of the SSJ had before. That video shows you exactly how it’s done correctly

you want to clamp hard enough that no blood leaves the shaft. I grip pretty intense.
