Day 18. I did a couple in black-and-white just take some of the discoloration out. It’s normal/part of the process but I wanted to show emphasis just on the size. The size. I included the original before as well

The process is no erections/sex during the 30 day period. My understanding is that they want the collagen to form/stablize during that time. At 30 days, the wraps come off and then can slowly/gently start to use it. I've gotten a semi in the shower washing it and it got sore (and a full one during the night once...it got very sore then). So, any erection needs to go down either by urinating or you can squeeze the head/glans to make the blood leave.
It's supposed to be permanent due to the type of filler. Collagen attaches to it ...that's the premise anyway. The other fillers require additional filler every 9 to 24 months.

I'll get those gains in 10 days from pumping and clamping, now, after 3 years of PE.
Went for the follow up. Soft: gained 1.25 inches around. Hard: .75 inches around.
did not effect length which is fine. My goal is 6.75 so I’ll have the next procedure in June and reach 6.75-7” circumference
Any gains from jelqing and pumping for girth were temporary and mostly from fluid retention. This is supposedly permanent since collagen builds/attaches to the material injected.

I had my procedure done on November 26 and so here we are about four months later. I gained 7/8 of an inch soft and almost 1 1/4 inch hard. Around. No gain in length When hard but about 3/4 of an inch soft longer. I’m considering the second procedure which solidifies the games and will give me probably another 3/4 of an inch around.
A couple of things I was not made aware of. One, there is some skin discoloration that takes time to go away. Second, I now look like I have a partially cut dick versus my uncut dick. I had some loose skin before and that contributed to it that’s not a common affect for everybody but it is if you have a lot of loose skin already. It may or may not happen again if I do the second procedure. The second procedure should put me closer to seven or around when hard. It’s a lot of money, about 11,000 for both procedures. May be ridiculous but I’m enjoying it and getting good comments. Definitely not worth it to some butt no regrets at this point. I never really enjoyed being deep throated because it always felt like my dick was going to break especially when people were being very aggressive with it. It’s too thick to get all the way down but it feels much more stable. Another downside for some people maybe and honestly for me depending on what I’m wearing is that it’s much more noticeable in my pants. I’ve always been a shower and pants but there are some pants I cannot wear at all anymore even with underwear.
