Okay here is my new routine

Here is my routine. I mix this up with 5 sets of clamping ED (every day). I`ve only just started (just got my bib hanger), and i will post pics and comments further on.

Hanging
5 nov - 10 nov(2 days on 2 off)

sun: 3,75 kg x 3 sets (30 min)
mon: 3,75 kg x 4 sets (30 min)
tue: OFF
wed: OFF
thu:
