If you're using only the Length Master, understand the tools fully before strapping it on and just go crazy with it. Just like any other tools, it's about progressively adjust your penis with the tool. You don't go to the gym and start pulling 150kg right out of the gate. You slowly adjust your body to the higher weights starting at the lower weights. Same with the penis. Start slow with the SRT newbie routines. The Length Master is just a tool, so you have to use the tool properly with the proper application methods and the use of exercises. Think of the Length Master like the gym equipment. To maximize the gain for bodybuilding, proper equipment and exercises are needed.
