hey all ive been doing my jelqs for the past month 100 erect and havent got any expantion at all while jelqing, and i grip as tight as i can, by the time im done the session im sweating like i just ran a marathon.
now today i did my jelqs with a lower erection and a bit of a looser grip (not to much looser) and i got a lot of expantion.
so should i continue to do the 100 erect jelqs or will i gain with the jelq i got expantion from??
