It is about a guy who had his finger bitten off by a horse (I think) and they wanted to cut it all off, but another surgeon used pigs bladder tissue to re attach the finger and it started growing and nail too!

From what I gather, you're adding a small amount of whatever (not watched the vid) to existing flesh (here a finger stump) and it's prompting regrowth.
Now, what if you still had the finger when you applied this? Would it grow to twice the length? That's the train of thought here.

hehe nah I was just playing ... bc then I would have to do Penis Enlargement on both penises and Penis Enlargement on one already takes up enough time as is

The only way to grow your dick without doing any manual penis enlargement, would be to use: CRISPR gene editing. But it's not possible now...maybe in the far...far future. You need to change what your body are producing/doing preferably already before you are born (change the genes). But there are many risks with this, if you change one thing, other things will follow.

For example:
Maybe you have found a way to increase the penis size on a human before they are born...but if you change these gene... the probability for something other to change as well is extremely high. Maybe due to this gene editing this human would have a bad heart?

But this is way outside of my knowledge base. I just have a really shallow understanding of this. This is everything I know about this. You can use CRISPR to change your genes...I don't know anything else about it.
