VLC tugger is the same as cap vacuum type ADS. Great for quick on/quick off, especially for those who have large glans and post pumping. If you are trying to upgrade your springs to bring up the tension level, don't. I made a mistake in doing the same by upgrading my tension springs to exceed 7lbs. Stay at and below 2.5lbs. Plenty of clinical studies with results already provided the diminishing returns of growth after 2.5lbs of tension after the 2nd hour of wearing. I used the traction at 7lbs (max spring upgrade tension at 12 lbs) for the 30 minutes, and used the remaining hours at 2.5lbs and less during long driving. The Length Master routine with the bundle stretches stressed the point of having high tension into the 15lbs level, but within the hour of tissue stressing period. The more you do, the benefits after the initial hour is miniscule.
Just something to think about before wasting money.
