I have to hold it back to get good form. I’m using newbie routine but out of 300 strokes... I feel like I’m not getting nearly enough out of it. I get a tingly feeling every once and awhile and not sure if that’s what I should be aiming for.I dont understand why turkey neck would make you unable to use 2 hands. Also, you can massage and stretch your ballsack to mitigate turkey neck. If youre atotal newb, it will feel uncomfortable for a while. Just ramp up gradually. Also, click on this: newbie
Thank you so much. I will use this advice and update on the progress in a few weeksWith jelqing or any girth work, you want to aim for expansion. So eq is really important. But if you're just starting out, just worry about conditioning your dick. Getting accustomed to the exercises.
And as for the turkey neck, you could try tying your balls back. I have a bit of a turkey neck. When i jelq, i just pull my sack back as part of the motikn when i plant my hand at my base, before letting go with the other hand. The two-hand method is key to maintaining and increasing expansion.
And i wouldn't say tingling is what you want. More like a dull ache, like that feeling when you had your hardest erections as a teenager. Thats a sign that you're stretching the tunica... like blowing up a balloon stretches out the rubber.

I tried a different program but it wasn’t working for me so I came here.@Donneee c , seriously though, how long have you been doing PE? The right advice would be much different if you've been doing it for a few months vs. a few days.
I would like to eventually put on 5 inches of length and 3 of girth. But 2 inches and 1 inch of girth would be awesome by next year. i finally started feeling a little growth last night. It’s been frustrating cause with that other program there was just a routine given to me with almost no explanation.Ok so you're coming up on the 3 month mark. Just take it easy for a few more weeks, then step it up with ssj's or hanging or pumping, depending on your goals. What are your goals, compared to where you're at now?
