I will definitely give you guys updates on my gains. I will start giving a little more information as far as what I am doing. I really do believe that keeping in shape and working out while doing Penis Enlargement helps gains. As far as my supplements go I take Creatine, Nitrix and I drink a protein shake every night before bed. Night time is when your body regenerates faster then any other time so thats why I drink a shake before bed. I think I will try to give an update every week maybe 2 weeks not sure yet.
