I'm using this wrapping method....
So I’ve decided to start attempting length work and was going to do length in early afternoon and then girth as normal in the evening.
i’ve had a look at the wrapping thread above and the wrapping part is still scaring me a bit as I still think ill wrap incorrectly.
Should i be wrapping before every single length work i do and would I keep wearing the same wrapping that I would put on for length work all day, or would that be wrapped differently?
also, is doing 3x20 sets in a row without breaks okay? And finally (sorry for all the questions), would a bandage alone be enough material for wrapping for the lengthmaster? Thanks!!
