Dry pumping only. Water pumping is too stressful. If you have ever pumped with the bathmate using warm water, try pumping dry with the mityvac and see how easy it is to pump dry with the mityvac.

Dry pumping is addictive.

I believe the Mityvac dry pumping will save me a lot of time. Using the bathmate I was having to jump in and out of the shower every 5 minutes.

looking forward to my first 5x5x3 using the Mityvac today and hopefully see more temp gains than previously with the bathmate.

Just checking back in after about 2 weeks using Mityvac for my 5x5x3.

Recently started going up to 8hp with no pain or issues.

Also thinking about starting to do the girth routine twice a day at least 2-3 times a week and the rest of the days stick to the one session, as i want to try bring some permanent gains by the end of June.

No, at the moment the only thing I am using outside of MityVac is the sili ring for an hour after a girth session.

i do have silisleeves and the lengthmaster also but have not used those.

I do 30 minutes to an hour of expanded healing a day. That’s just me.

I usually edge with a cock ring for 30 minutes without cuming for faster recovery.
