No I've been pretty lazy with girth cuz I'm mostly focused on length at the moment, until I get to 7". My girth routine is just Bathmate which i usually do 2-3 sets of 5 minutes, I'll occasionally stay in it for 10 minutes if I'm feeling it. I've only done SSJ a couple times, if I do decide to jelq it's usually regular 2 second jelqs for 300-400 reps.OK so let’s try to do something different. Did this growth come from the 5×5×3? If so did you ever end up with fluid retention or issues surrounding the 5×5×3? If your growth has slowed you can kick it up a notch by going with something like a 10×10×2 or some other variation of the time. Let me know what you’re doing so I know for sure and I can direct you the best way
So clearly my girth workouts aren't very on point which explains why it stopped growing. I think I'll do the full 5x5x3 with ssjs and pump tonight and see how I feel in terms of fatigue and EQ.
