Update.
Cant get enough hours clocked in, but still stretching...
Currently at 172 hours.

Next measurement will be at 200hrs.

I have noticed some changes to my cock, that I correlate with growth.
I remember as a teenager, ca 16yo my cock has some "bumps" under the skin.

Now (44yo and stretching) they are back, so I am pretty sure the collagen is changing = cock growing.

My goal is still both length and girth, and i feel like my cock is much bigger when flaccid... Only good for "show" when going thru the dressing room, but still 😄

Just did a quick flaccid measurement, bone pressed after stretch now close to 19cm.

Looks like this Jes Extender is making impact, slowly but steady. This really made my motivation go up...Not the 19cm, we are all different.... But more the fact that my flaccid measurement has gained 9-10mm in 170 hrs.

Now...even more motivated, ill stretch more and harder!!

Short update
Been having some new energy and focus, and you guys inspired me to keep going - thanks.

Had a consistent training/stretching for the last 14 days, and my wrapping technique is working better than ever now.

I wrap flaccid cock in a very thin layer of gaze, and them apply the silicon/rubber-band on top of the gaze - a total of 2 thin layers.
No slippage and good stretch for ca 1-2 hrs a day.

I noticed I am about to have a "shower, especially when blood filled. Ill continue, and I have actually started to believe i can reach my target out in the future.

Currently passed 208hrs, and it looks like I will not be able to stretch much more than ca 200-250hrs in a year - also due to some discomfort and basically always working (making it impossible to wear).

What to do folks?.

Should I invest in another stretcher than the jes?. Maybe use the Jes-extender when possible and find something that could pull down towards my leg when in the workshop?.

My current goal is still realistic 8-8.5"x6" cock. (Stating point 6.9 x 5.7)

You can reduce wear time and add 20 minutes of length master session. Let's say you were wearing it for 6 hours before, reduce to 3 hours and add 20 minutes of.length master session to it. You are still winning.

Problem is mostly, no time to lay still and stretch. So at the most I get 1-1.5 good hours clocked in.

Will look into the routines you mention, thanks

You mean you can't get 40 minutes in 24 hours to use a length ?
 
Sure, I would be able to fit that in for sure. And I will look into it ASAP.

But the Jes-Extender... Not able to use it more than those ca 1-2 hrs

I'm not a fan of that extender. 40 minutes is enough time to make all of the needed length gains. Get a length master.
 
Not a fan of any extender either. But some brothers do need an extra time under traction tension to help with specific growth. Not everyone is built with the natural easy gains simply through an hour worth of stretching, unfortunately.
 
If you want the best ads go for the SiliStretcher. This is the most effective and highest quality you can find.

Will strongly consider that, must read a little more about it. The routine looks "scary" but I WANT to reach my goal so I will investigate more.

I gained 0.5ish inches over the 210hrs, but I feel it has stopped and need something with more traction and comfort.

I think ill aim for the Silistretcher and also keep the low tension after that exercise with a suction-cup and a leg strap to keep the gain/stretch going.

The SiliStetcher and the vacuum cup type extenders are great to keep your comfort up longer. You can retrofit the SiliStretcher's cup with the existing extender for that purpose as well. I need to post my mod for this.
