If you dont already know them than start listening to some of their music its fantastic ... buy the Comalies album which is their latest and listen to tracks such as 'tight rope' and 'Heavens a lie'

Fronted by a sexy female singer this band will make it big this year IMHO with this new album and already its been rated very highly.

I am just as excited as you are man. Ive seen them live twice over here and they were fantastic both times. Not to mention Cristina is disgustingly beautiful. I have an autographed 8x10 of her...yum yum.

I really like the sound of that Our Truth song as well...cant wait.

Yep they fuckin rule. I've actually had the pleasure of meeting them backstage once at a gig in Italy some years back. Christina is more sexy in real life :O she is about 33 now I think ??? but man shes hot and a fantastic singer which makes the band so great is that the singer is so good with the music. The whole band rule, this album is going to rock and I have my copy paid for and ready to be dispatched once its ready from play.com

Nah shes not married, she WAS engaged to the bassist of Lacuna Coil [Marco] and they were going out for something like 10 years but it fell through. Marco is still in the band. Currently shes dating James Root [Guitars] from Slipknot.

Cant class Lacuna Coil as anysort of music because they are a real mixture, from Gothic, rock, pop, orchaestra, folk and much more they really are their own style.

On another note Lacuna Coil got their FIRST UK TOP 40 single at the weekend with 'Our Truth' which is linked at the top of this post.

It got to the Number 40 spot Now the Singles charts doesnt mean fuck all to me as most of it are sell outs who get tons of radio play or have been manufactured from cheep arse shows but when you see real talent like LC get a top 40 spot you take note.

I also remember when Slipknot got the number 27 spot with their single 'Left Behind' that was a great moment for me, my other fav' band.

I also urge everyone who aint lheard Lacuna Coil to buy the album 'Halflife' which has 5 tracks on it and aint too much but FUCKIN RULES, by that and think to yourself ... ''WTF have I never heard these before''

Lacuna coil are up there with Slipknot, 30 seconds to mars and Evergrey as my fav' bands.

Got the album today, its SUPenis EnlargementRB. They have evolved into a more rounded outfit than before, with more heavy music at times but still keeping to their roots.

I say to everyone who can, buy the 'Our Truth' single, the version which has 'without a reason' on it as a bonus unreleased track .... its better than the single IMHO and is a powerful emotional track with a nice bass. It aint heavy, but it strikes a cord with me .... woman troubles in the past, like talking to the wall .... buy the track.

I've also received an email from the lead singer herself. I sent her one a few weeks back. She is really nice and pleasent and said she will talk more if she gets time. Not many bands maketime for their fans.

Makesure its the version with 'without a reason' on it as a bonus unreleased track as they are three versions of the single out their. One is just the single with a extra track which is aucoustic from an old album. Another is the LP and really only for serious fans IMO. Lastly is the single with 4 tracks on it. The 'Out truth' you hera on the radio, plus a re-mix of that and another song thats been tweaked from an old album. Also most importantly on that single is the 'without a reason' track which to me is better than the single.

Bought the album yesterday and I have to say that right now it's my winner of album of the year. Simply amazing. It's a perfect blend of epic metal with deep sincere lyrical content that strikes a powerful note on the human experience.

It's been a very long time that I've felt this strongly about an album. There are songs that hit me in a personal way and others that strike a wider more generalized key about living life and being a person. This album is magnificent from beginning to end.

Exactly what I'm talking about ... the band is so unique and their music touches peoples lives, this has been noted in the past and it does also touch my life too.

I would also advise anyone who really likes the band to join the site http://www.emptyspiral.net/ as they have forums for fans and its the #1 Lacuna coil community on the net. I'm a member but not as RedZulu.
