I dont think a week is enough recovery time, specially when youre trying to have sex and stuff.

You're right he def should not be attempting sex etc. While it's true a week is not long in the sense of broad healing, it can be a long time in the sense of acute conditions which is what I meant to hopefully mitigate any permanent damage. K, I'll answer this question (from someone who went extreme on a BM routine, and lived to type about it). When I first received my X40, some 8+ years ago I was very disappointed with the amount of vacuum/suction/negative-pressure I was able to impart via just using arm-strength pulling the cylinder toward me. My next idea was to use my body weight and press the tube against the wall to impart more force...this was only marginally better. My sessions were loosely guided by the 5X5X3 although I would vary the times in the tube depending upon feeling/time/etc.
Call me crazy, but I also do 'full package' pumping where I can actually feel the inner penis being drawn outside of my body. This did take some getting used to (especially the balls getting sucked-in part), but after a bit there was (and current isn't) no discomfort.

After literally forgetting about my dick for 2/3 weeks pain almost totally disappeared!! Pain scale 2/10 and it was 15/10

Honestly based on your pics it does not look bad at all to me (although I did not see before pics so any changes I'll take your word for it.) I have no idea what prices are like where you're from, but prp where I am in the US is pricey for relatively minimal gains. If you have the money and a good Dr doing it I cannot see it majorly harming anything however. I know the scarring is bothering, but it is mild enough I honestly couldn't really see it tbh (but again I'll take your word for it,) before going straight to laser I would consider trying something less invasive like silicone strips or gel (like they use to minimize c-section scarring.) As for the hyaluronic acid, it's a filler so obviously it is for maximizing girth, but yes it would fill in any already existing length, however, for actually gaining length the anatomy of the penis needs to be stretched under tension over time (same for girth but 'stretched' outwardly ie expansion.)
Honestly I would avoid fillers, as any "gains" (again not real gains to me because it's just maximizing what's already there) are temporary and a more permanent solution is increasing EQ, albiet more work and less flashy in that it's less noticeable as it takes time.

Some recent pics... As you can see glans doesn't look normal. It has happened due to pump pressure. I feel bad mentally about this appearance and I'm gonna be ashamed to show my #@! in front of girls or future wife. I feel no pain or less than earlier, but appearance is not appealing and it obviously shows some damage.... How to fix it ? I tried many creams, nothing works at all. I think only laser treatment can treat this, but on the other hand.. I'm afraid laser could destroy nerves or do something bad with my "friend".. I think veins are more visible than in the past, as well.. (due to pressure of pump).
