Darn two days off away from PE got to do it later today fuck not too motivated today:(

do 1000 Kegels and 10 minutes bundled stretched. This will make you feel so much better, I promise you.
 
1000 kegels LOL nah not interested in kegels today LOL,want to Increase my bundled stretching to 30 mins instead of 15 mins LOL

Consistency is your thing and it’s gonna be your best friend when it comes to gaining. Plus just good to have you around here because you’re an awesome guy.
 
I would look through some of the older stretches. Things like DLD blaster’s, sock stretches, foot long stretches and other stretches like this. Just something to throw him to change things up.
