Need Stamina Advice

I think about buying a fleshlight to build up stamina and to fight PE. I would like to ask if there is any routine or method that works best? (the more the better?) you just use the fleshlight for edging without cumming inside the fleshlight ? Is there a scheme to follow

Probably the best advice ever made to help cure premature ejaculation. He feels like the real thing and if you can make it a half hour in the FleshLight you should be able to make it a half hour in bed. It also is a great tool for masturbation as you don’t need to look at pornography or dirty pictures in order to have an orgasm.

you never want to ejaculate at the end of the session you want to practice not having an orgasm. I have an orgasm maybe 1-2 times month. I feel as though holding back brings greater growth.

Physical fitness. Most of these guys do serious cardiovascular work like aerobics aerobics. They train to last as long as possible with as much energy as I can muster up. If you want to go for five minutes nonstop practice it until you’re strong enough to do it. Just walking a couple miles a day will help but you may want to go for higher intensity since sex requires that so may be running would be a better choice.
