Need Advice, newbie 19 yrs old

Hi guys, I just found out about this forum today, and I’ve been “attempting,” to do PE without any results. I’m currently 5.7 erect length, 3.2 flaccid. Im 19 and I just invested in a vaccum device (the ones that vaccum your tip with a sleeve so you can use it for ADS or whatever) and I also invested in DHT gel, since I hit puberty quite late, I’ve just recently started to develop facial hair, and I’ve been using dht gel on my penis which has accelerated that. (I’m of course using products not to lose my hairline of course.) I’ve been reading through the forum for new members, and I just wanted some advice on a stretching routine. I understand I first must do manual stretches, then keep it in that stretched position. However I can’t seem to find what a bundled stretch is? And I find it incredibly hard to stretch my penis past a certain length, my erect length. If possibly can anyone recommend a good stretching routine, and also when should I apply the dht gel alongside this? Thank you guys.

Do you mind give us more details on your attempts in the past? This provides us a better sequential timeline of what you've done so we can assist you going forward with the latter info.

Let's stop here. Is the 5.7 erect length measured as bone pressed erect length (BPEL) or non-bone pressed erect length (NBPEL)? Why is it important? BPEL constantly gives us the info on where you are, how much you gain, and how much predictive gain can be. NBPEL is more of an elongated gain where your penile tissues are no longer suffering turtling/retraction after PE routines.

Let's stop right here to get more info. First, do you mind provide us what vacuum system you're using? There are way too many generic ADS vacuum systems online nowadays without any directionality or instruction. It's like buying a generic car from some company in the middle of the ocean and expect it to function like a well developed vehicle from Honda, Toyota, or Land Rover.

As for the DHT gel, did you do any kind of blood work to ensure you have a good baseline on your hormone before proceeding with DHT gel? Based on your 5.7in length, you are at, if not above, the average penile length. I was far below you. So, in reality, you're not behind anyone at all, besides your own mental measurement. If you compare to the feminist societal expectations, you will fall far short. It's like we expect all females to have D-size perky breasts across the board, with a slim waist and a hot, bouncy pair of ass. Not going to happen.

I’ve been reading through the forum for new members, and I just wanted some advice on a stretching routine. I understand I first must do manual stretches, then keep it in that stretched position. However I can’t seem to find what a bundled stretch is?

In terms of bundled stretches, the word "bundled" or bundling" can be replaced with "twisting" or "contorting". Take your penis in its flaccid state, grab the base of your glans, and start twisting in one direction. Make sure to note how many degrees you are twisting. If you're twisting to the left 90 degrees, and pull for 60 seconds, make sure to twist to the right and pull for 60 seconds. The higher the degrees of twisting/contorting, the same amount of traction (pulling) load can generate much greater stresses to the tunica tissues all along the penile shaft. Think about a branch of fibers being broken down as you twist it before pulling. The less the contortioned force, the more resistance during the pull. The more contorted the force, the less the resistance. This is how we break the tissues down quicker during the routines, maximizing the amount of time that contributes to your healing through ADS, stretcher, or wrapping.

In the newbie routine for the SRT (clickable word to the link now), bundled stretches allow you to work smarter and faster, not harder. The exercises are for all stages as preconditions for warm-up routines.

And I find it incredibly hard to stretch my penis past a certain length, my erect length. If possibly can anyone recommend a good stretching routine, and also when should I apply the dht gel alongside this? Thank you guys.

When you stretch your penis, DO NOT stretch to the point where you feel a sharp pain. There should only be a low dull sensation of being pulled, hovering just below the, "Hm, this is getting a bit irritating/painful."

If you still insist on using the RX version of DHT, my suggestion is to use three hours before to ensure all components are well delivered, and the skin is dried and clean for the routines, or 15 minutes after the PE routine, when the skin is nice and dry after the routine.

In the past I bought this cheap noose device that had metal rods attached to it from amazon. You put the noose around your glans and then twist the metal rods to extend. I stopped using it because it was very inconvenient. The device I have now has a vaccum chamber that you put a sleeve on, then you put your tip into, roll the sleeve onto the rest of your penis, and then it creates a vaccum, and it vacuums your tip so you can stretch out your penis. It has the metal rods aswell you can attach, but I don’t use it as I prefer manual stretching, I use the ADS, it attaches to my legs or my torso after. A friend gave it to me and (I cleaned it of course) he said it was from a reputable company, I need to ask him.

I got bloodwork before getting DHT, thanks to my lifestyle and age, I sit at incredibly high and healthy hormones, however my DHT was not included only my testosterone, and my androgen sensitivity, which was 93%, well above average. I’m closely monitoring the gel and im getting a bloodwork done in 2 weeks.

I’m 5.7 bone pressed length. I understand that most of it is mental, however I can’t help but feel dissatisfied, especially since im a pretty big guy, it’s like it doesn’t match my body. Whatever it is, I’d just love to get it better, and I see im in the right place.

Thanks for telling me what bundled stretching is. Should I do that before or after the newbie routine?

LOL. Since I'm as old as DLD and he's the Guru, I'll be the voice of logic. Too many brothers are doing unreasonable things. We use medical and scientific data to reinforce our PE journey instructions and choose the most efficient methods.

I do remember those devices. I was thinking of purchasing them for "experimental" purposes to gain personal experience to lead the brothers with. But when I saw videos and photos of the usage posts, I rejected the idea. All of us immediately saw the flaws in the system and did not want to waste our money.

If you do have a good, even if used, ADS, no need to spend more. We'll work with it. If you feel confident in sharing the name of it, it will help us to lead you into the right routines based on the ADS capacity.

Ah. So total testosterone, and possibly free testosterone, were performed, but not DHT. Got it. Yes, do perform a follow-up on DHT sampling to get a full picture. DHT low level is also an indicator of something else, but we'll go into details later as you get the results back. No need to scare the crap out of you for the lack of reasons.

You are not alone, brother. I'm a big, and quite old, guy myself. Yes, it's a mental thing. But when you see your lady moans, groans, and quakes as something "magically" increases over time, it's a positive emotional boost to your headspace. Your efforts are well rewarded.

But in reality, PE is not about getting your penis larger. It's more males' sexual maintenance. We think our penises don't suffer over time. They do. We believe our erection quality doesn't drop over time. It does. PE routine acts as a double protection for our penile health, both in terms of growth and systematic conditioning.

Yes. You can perform the bundled exercises as part of all the routines. No need to exclude it. We encourage it from day one.

Always ask questions. Ask questions like your life depends on it. The more clarity you gain, the greater the insights in protecting yourself during your PE journey. Again, create yourself a personal log page, or create personal private notes. Log everything! Here's the member's log subforum. Read through it, and get some ideas before creating one yourself. Your public log allows all of us to chime in and help you out as we analyze your routines, progression, and offer constructive suggestions. If you need a private log, I created a Google Sheet template I use myself, and quite a few brothers are still using to keep track of their own.
