I’m currently 5.7 erect length, 3.2 flaccid.
Let's stop here. Is the 5.7 erect length measured as bone pressed erect length (BPEL) or non-bone pressed erect length (NBPEL)? Why is it important? BPEL constantly gives us the info on where you are, how much you gain, and how much predictive gain can be. NBPEL is more of an elongated gain where your penile tissues are no longer suffering turtling/retraction after PE routines.
Im 19 and I just invested in a vaccum device (the ones that vaccum your tip with a
sleeve so you can use it for ADS or whatever) and I also invested in DHT gel, since I hit puberty quite late, I’ve just recently started to develop facial hair, and I’ve been using dht gel on my penis which has accelerated that. (I’m of course using products not to lose my hairline of course.)
Let's stop right here to get more info. First, do you mind provide us what vacuum system you're using? There are way too many generic ADS vacuum systems online nowadays without any directionality or instruction. It's like buying a generic car from some company in the middle of the ocean and expect it to function like a well developed vehicle from Honda, Toyota, or Land Rover.
As for the DHT gel, did you do any kind of blood work to ensure you have a good baseline on your hormone before proceeding with DHT gel? Based on your 5.7in length, you are at, if not above, the average penile length. I was far below you. So, in reality, you're not behind anyone at all, besides your own mental measurement. If you compare to the feminist societal expectations, you will fall far short. It's like we expect all females to have D-size perky breasts across the board, with a slim waist and a hot, bouncy pair of ass. Not going to happen.
I’ve been reading through the forum for new members, and I just wanted some advice on a stretching routine. I understand I first must do manual stretches, then keep it in that stretched position. However I can’t seem to find what a bundled stretch is?
In terms of bundled stretches, the word "bundled" or bundling" can be replaced with "twisting" or "contorting". Take your penis in its flaccid state, grab the base of your glans, and start twisting in one direction. Make sure to note how many degrees you are twisting. If you're twisting to the left 90 degrees, and pull for 60 seconds, make sure to twist to the right and pull for 60 seconds. The higher the degrees of twisting/contorting, the same amount of traction (pulling) load can generate much greater stresses to the tunica tissues all along the penile shaft. Think about a branch of fibers being broken down as you twist it before pulling. The less the contortioned force, the more resistance during the pull. The more contorted the force, the less the resistance. This is how we break the tissues down quicker during the routines, maximizing the amount of time that contributes to your healing through ADS, stretcher, or wrapping.
In the newbie routine for the
SRT (clickable word to the link now), bundled stretches allow you to work smarter and faster, not harder. The exercises are for all stages as preconditions for warm-up routines.
And I find it incredibly hard to stretch my penis past a certain length, my erect length. If possibly can anyone recommend a good stretching routine, and also when should I apply the dht gel alongside this? Thank you guys.
When you stretch your penis, DO NOT stretch to the point where you feel a sharp pain. There should only be a low dull sensation of being pulled, hovering just below the, "Hm, this is getting a bit irritating/painful."
If you still insist on using the RX version of DHT, my suggestion is to use three hours before to ensure all components are well delivered, and the skin is dried and clean for the routines, or 15 minutes after the PE routine, when the skin is nice and dry after the routine.
