1) I’m mainly looking for length and girth, just maximize my potential. I have a decent erect, roughly 8” but average girth. However, I am a big time grower. My non-erect penis, shrinks down probably 4x. I’d love to get bigger both longer and thicker. It’s not a huge deal but when I change in hockey rooms, I do get a bit self confidence.
We were there at some point in time. I used to play sports, shower, and change in front of jocks. I was the smallest one there, both in terms of physical size and penis size. So, don't worry too much about it. Shrinking down to 4 times the erected size is nothing. Mine practically retracted into the body when I took cold showers, or worst yet, swimming.
2) I don’t have any major health issues. I’m 42. I’d say I have an average sex drive. I’ve been on hair loss pills which do lead to less labido. For me, how hard I get or not is all mental. If I’m turned on, I can get it hard but if not, little chance.
I really didn’t think getting it bigger outside the one device I mentioned before.

Got it. We'll keep the hair loss medication while suggesting the routines and exercises. First off, let's get you into the swing of things in PE. Always keep these in mind:
"PE is a marathon, and not a race." We don't rush our routines or become too overzealous with our routines and exercises that we simply injure ourselves in the process. Steady progressive state is the best.
"NO CLAMPING!! And minimize your restrictive blood flow to less than 10 minutes, but on average at 5 minutes interval." Too long of a blood
constriction, where blood doesn't cycle throughout the penis, will cause dead blood cells. That result in clumping of the blood cells, and soon enough, you get a nice deep vein thrombosis, killing your PE, and essentially, your penis.
First off, you have to understand the biodynamic and the changes of your soft tissues: your penis. The
SRT (now a linkable word) can explain the basic information, routines, and the exercises to choose from for length, starting at the very basic under the newbie routine with described exercises for the first 4 to 6 weeks before you move on to intermediate exercise routines. The
