Today I tried the 5x5x3 program for the second time. Although I gave my penis a rest for 1 day, he resisted when I did Slow Squash Jalq. I also did stretches and warmed up before training, so the resistance surprised me. And in the pump, it was also inflated not as much as the first time (I decided to do the third approach a few hours later and the sensations became completely different.

What am I doing wrong? Perhaps I gave little rest?

You may have some fatigue. I would take a couple days off and rest.

Why not do a full routine?
I chose this approach based on experience. When I was doing a full routine, I didn't notice rapid and effective growth. So I decided to divide the load by height in length and width. Many people do this, I just repeat. And this gives me a high efficiency of length growth, although still not what I would like to have.
