My Six Month Journey

Day 30 was yesterday, some observations.
- BPSFL was the same, actually it was 7”. 1/8” shorter. While I could be discouraged, I’m not. I understand this is a process. This leads to my second observation.
- Something has changed.. my erect dick IS longer, I know it is. My hand isn’t getting smaller, so.. 😂 I measured BPEL and it was up a 1/8”. My BPEL is now 6-1/4”.
-Overall, my penis feels much stronger. Deep inside towards pelvic bone, the base feels like it’s getting bigger. I don’t know how to quantify that, or if it’s only in my head. But I’ll note it.

Has anyone else experienced erect length increases before flacid stretched length increases?

Very common. BPSFL tends to shorten due to the denser internal tissues deflating, creating a retractive effects. Think of an unused ballons versus an expanded balloon but deflated. The expanded balloon has much greater expansion capacity, but when deflated, it becomes smaller in size than the original.

Just like the explanation above, you observed and noticed what most of us brothers try to also compensate by keeping things healed through wrapping, promoting elongated flaccid. This prevents that appearance of stronger retraction due to denser internal tissues. It's hardly much, but you want to reflect what you've gained.

Welcome to denser and more rigid tissue development. You've gone up one step in the PE game.

Many of us have, but we don't correlate the info right away. Good to know you're observing very keenly. Great job!
 
Day 48 observations.
Alot has been going on in work and family situation, but despite these challenges I still manage to stretch at least once a day. That has been an issue recently, not consistently being able to find time to warm up and stretch for 20 minutes.

I decided to measure again the other day because again, my penis is starting to feel different again. Now the glans is completely outside my grip when hard, which is very encouraging. I measured 6.5” BPEL and 7.25” BPFSL. So my flaccid length has returned and then some. Wife hasn’t seemed to notice a difference yet, though.. 😂

Downward bundle stretches are going better now on rotations. Morning time when tunica is tighter, i can manage to get 1.25 rotations. In the evening, especially if I stregch post hot yoga, I am managing to get 1.5 rotations and am even turning into it further towards 16 minute mark. I am clamping my LM directly behind my glans.

I was reading an article about the pain threshold with bundled stretches, and reaching the point of exhaustion, fatigue by “edging” that threshold, continue to gradually push further and further into the turn and then when the burn starts to subside around the tunica (from the micro tears I am assuming from the feel) then start pushing down, down, down. Breathing, relaxing, breathing into the base of the penis, like a meditation. Starting to reverse kegel, pushing down more. Maybe now I’m starting to think about turning in more, adding some more burn if it has started subsiding too much. This is my process. I may watch a gardening video on youtube, but really, i’m meditating on the feeling of the burn and stretch. Riding the pain threshold.

I had some time to myself and pulled out my mityvac. I have a 1.75” diameter cylinder. I could barely fit my erect penis inside. I tried it but as soon as i pumped the penis stuck all around the tube and wouldn’t budge. I can’t believe i’ve outgrown my first tube. I have a bathmate, too, and pulled it out. I use the comfort insert with it to not suck up skin. Man, the base of my penis looked like it was 3/8”- 1/4” away from filling the sleeve. Anyways, i’m not working on girth at the moment but all pf this was encouraging and I wanted to note.
 
Tonight, penis was hurting on left side. Was only able to turn 1/2 - 3/4 turn max tonight on second session. Pain was too much and i stopped at 5 minutes. Should i take a break or stay stretching just back off until i can turn more?

You feel pain, ease up, and rest. Just allow 12 to 24 hours for the pain to subside possibly due to kinking. If there's still pain after resting, look for possible cuts on the left side.
 
Thanks for the suggestions @DLD and @oldandlively. I plugged in my MOS RED for the first time and did 15 minutes on that. Then heated it and applied a massage gun to the left side. It was tender at first but began loosening after a couple minutes. May have to incorporate this from now on.

Started back again this morning and the CCW bundles were still a bit sore. I’ve been doing 4 downward sets each clockwise and counterclockwise for 2.5 minutes each. By the fourth set i could comfortably do one full rotation aagain on CCW. Clockwise direction is fine. EQ following stretching was amazing, it was almost like i unplugged something and blood was allowed to rush in. Have not had an experience like that before.

Just give it a few days off if there is no cut on the side that hurts. I ran into situations like this one many times during my length journey. This kind of situation will always come because you are killing the routine daily.

There will be other situations like this one on other areas of the penis as long as you train with the right progressive intensity and change routine.

Things like this are good news along on your length journey. It goes to show that you are working. Same goes for the famous girth work lump that appears on the penis if you are new to pumping.

Cuts on the left side as meaning skin?
Yep. The throbbing pain tends to be the cut in the skin or just a bad kink. It happens. I tend to pay attention immediately when there's a fold, kink, or bad wrap in the first few seconds of LM usage. I rather take the extra few minutes to correct the issue rather than plowing through and suffer the pains later. You'll eventually create a hyper awareness on this later as you use the LM long enough.

I haven’t really taken days off yet, mostly just do one session a day if I have been really sore. Well, I go to clamp on last night and start getting tingling and light throbbing down the right and left sides of rhe shaft. Base is still a bit sore. The sensation down the sides I have not had before. Is this apart of exhaustion? Should I rest a little bit more right now? Should I try and work through it?

I would blame this on clamping. Take a few days off and return with less intensity

Wanted to touch base with you all again. I am still length training! Admittedly, some days only once and I generally take a day off every week. Over the past couple weeks I have changed it up a bit in order to make sure I get 2 practices in a day. My commute is long, 1.5 hours each way generally. In the morning before I go i’ll wrap up for stretching. I detached the arms of the LM and only take the smaller weight hanging piece. During traffic I set it up and voila, stretch in the car while commuting. Nothing will stand in my way! 😂
 
I used to do the same thing in the past, where I strap a pulley system down and around my driver's seat since I'll be stuck in traffics for 2 hours just going in one direction. There were days, and still do, where I have to drive 6 to 24 hours. If I have to get variable traction force from 10lbs back down to 2.5lbs, I use the flex cord and traction noose straps, strap on, and go. Before I get out of the car, quick disconnect and ready to move. The only down side is the *SNAP* as the penis shrank under tension. Ooooo...I still remain those rubberband whipping pains.

Now, I can just use the vacuum cup and strap it around my left knee. Straight it out a bit, and I get less tension. Bend the knee and that traction force goes straight up to 6lbs easy. Bless the guys that come up with the ideas in using the therapeutic vacuum cups for uses on tits, clits, and dicks.
