My Six Month Journey

Hello Team!
I am very interested in starting a six month routine following the MOS principles and equipment. I have done much reading on this site, but know I have barely scratched the surface of information this Brotherhood has cultivated through the years. I have taken everything I’ve seen and combined it into a routine I will practice. There are some finer points that I will need help from you all on. Here’s the routine:

Length (afternoon)
1. Bundled stretches, CW & CCW, 1 set/each
2A. Manual Stretches with rotary, all angles, 3 sets
A to Y Stretches with Rotary As, 3 sets
2B. Triangle Pyramid Hanging 8 sets
2C. Reverse Pyramid Hanging 3-4 sets
3. Silistretcher, medium intensity, 2-4 hours

Question: How should I structure hanging sessions throughout the week? In addition to manual stretching? Alternating days? Any ideas appreciated.

Girth (morning)
1. Bundled Stretches, CW & CCW, 1 set each
2. 5x5x3 Routine, 3 sets, last set DLD blasters
3. Erect Stretching, 1 set
4. Silirings, 2 hours

Rest of Day and sleeping, silipro or silisleeve2 or silicap2.

I would love to help you put a routine together my brother. Your equipment list looks great the only thing missing that I would grab is the Lengthmaster, this will be your best tool for making active growth. Everything else you have is solid and works perfectly into the SRT methodology. If you’re interested in me helping you put a routine together let me know and I can work with you one on one until you get exactly what you want.

I started back again couple months ago, I’d pump 3x5 minute Bathmate sessions, wear the QuickExtender ADS afterwards but wasn’t seeing any real gains on length at all, which is what I really want right now. I started noticing the edema and dialed down intensity on pump, but then I noticed month 2 turtling, girth coming in but no length gains. I stopped pumping and using ADS here in December, started reading more and that’s when I found you guys.

I noticed Lightning mention you don’t need the gear to start, but honestly, I want to take this from 0 to 100. I’ve dabbled long enough and want to setup a kick ass routine that I’ll follow religiously next six months to see what I can accomplish!

Wow, my old post is still here! Glad to see I have my original measurements. I’m back again, been on for over 2 weeks now with beginner routine on lengthmaster. Getting some great help from the brotherhood. I won’t measure until 3 month mark.

Recently before starting again i took new measurements.
Bpel 6-1/8”
Bpfsl 7-1/8”
BG 6”
MSG 5”

Since 2020, all i’ve been doing is picking up the MityVac with the 1.75” diameter tube and pumping 10 minutes a day. My pressures were too extreme as I’ve come to find out. But in the tube i was measuring over 7”, so perhaps I was getting some length gains over the years compared to my 2020 numbers.

Thoughts on beginner routine.. lengthmaster is where its at. I can feel the burn (good kind lol) in the base and all around the shaft. I was really sore first few days. That’s gone away now. I can bundle one full turn, 360 degrees. Some mornings when its tight, only a half turn, but it slowly starts loosening up now to a full turn.

Uncle Jim’s wrap is great now. I think i found a way to prevent the wrap from riding up and over the glans during the day.. i wrap from top to bottom and at base go once around the sack and back over to try and wrap more of the fat pad at the base of my dick. Its been holding on really well and glans gets a nice expansion now too.

Anyways, thanks all for having this brotherhood, i’ll be back on the boards posting.
 
Day 18 observations bundle stretching..
1. To make sure I perform each side and vary up the starting side, I start with clockwise (CW) bundle in morning session and counter clockwise (CCW) bundle in afternoon session.
2. Right side of shaft is slightly sore. Rest of penis feels great. Clockwise rotations can get tender at full one rotation so I am backing off on it to rest for now.
3. Morning session is light to moderate stretching only. Afternoon stretches are definitely better, meaning penis is more relaxed. Bundling is always much easier in the afternoons. Stretches can get to where i feel a deep stretch in the base.
4. Uncle Jim’s wrap makes my dick look big under my jeans. I don’t feel like i’m lying or cheating, though, because it really is my glans at the end of that wrap. Helps me imagine what it will be like with a bigger dick, when it starts hanging that size unwrapped. Have already noticed women looking. Its a big confidence boost and encourages me to keep going.

Day 20 observations..
- think i’m making a turn, literally! The Lengthmaster feels like a Ferrari steering wheel, and I’m going hard on the curves. To be able to get a deep stretch at the base and sides of dick, i’ve had to start turning more, up to a quarter turn more now to feel a deep stretch.
- my dick is starting to feel more like jelly after stretching, super loose and comfortable. A very interesting feeling as my tunica has always been very tough.
- visually at the base, there are wrinkle lines forming where the skin is folding while bundling. Assume this is natural, just making an observation here.
- i moved up to 90 second holds. Stopping at 60 seconds started to feel like right when i was getting that relaxed, deep stretch in the middle of the shaft and base.
- i’ve been doing downward bundles since the start and BHC stretches occassionally as time and soreness allowed. This past week BHC stretches have taken a leap, i’m able to do them as apart of my routine, 2 sets each, CCW and CW

Question, am i suppose to refrain from getting hard post stretching?
 
You should always do erect stretches. At least 4 sessions a week for
10 minutes

This is fatigue. This is where you want to be at. It's like a long intense massage session to loosen up all your tightly wound up muscles.

Very natural. The skin will tighten up after a few hours. If you worry about the turkey neck issue, a bit of warm oil and start on a directional jelqing to smooth out the tissues again. 10 minutes is more than enough. As your penis elongated, that issue resolves itself.

It's encouraged to get hard, or erected, to get blood into your penis. You might feel too fatigued to get an erection, but erections are great in promoting blood flow for repair. During fatigues, it's highly encouraged to do a light expansion work of you are chasing girth later as well. Your tissues are more than primed to get that little extra expansion routine in to get the extra benefits.
