My Routines For A Massive Penis

Awesome tread and commitment!! What is the stretcher you are using? I have never found one I can wear for long as my foreskin swells and I get water retention. Used a few stretches before but the wrap around ones look great but also how do you fit it so you don’t get selling etc? Cheers!!
 
Tension on the foreskin happens for me also, though for me it isn't a constant. Because I'm restoring my foreskin, the tension I feel is skin stretching. Some days I feel more tension on one side than the other. Other days there isn't any tension at all. Because the results are happening at a cellular level, while PE is being used, the skin is always stretching. And it's good to pay attention to what your body is telling you also. Give your skin a rest when necessary. Pain is a sign something isn't right. I'm working with the SiliStretcher 2. Recommend it highly. Aside from great results, it's one of the most comfortable wearing tools out there, imo. Because it's Summer, and I like time at the lake on these warm days, I wear the SS2 on average between 6-8 hours a day. In terms of water retention, I'm going to ask my brothers who have experienced this to help add some advice for you, hopefully.
