Todays workout:

10mins x 3sets of stretching with LM
15mins Bathmate Xtreme

My goal is to use Bathmate atleast 5 times a week from now on.

DLD do you think it will help to wrap the Bathmate during use with heathpad?

I never really thought about that but I dare you to try it and see what happens. You may have invented a very cool modification. Try it and let us know how it works out and maybe we can add it to our database

DLD its time for some PA stretches,where should i add them and for how long?

Go over and pick out for different exercises you want to do let me know what they are and I can work them into your routine. All powerassist exercises or fulcrum exercises and they all are equal in their power. So choose 4 that you like
