don't remind me... same thing happened to me cept it was cable to DSL, I'm arguing at the sbc guys for not giving me good service (they gave me a really crappy connection, not just slow, I can't read my mail or post stuff that's too long) and am trying to get out of the contract and back on back on adelphia cable

I went from having DSL at college, to now having dial-up now that I'm back home for the summer...I'm constantly having to refrain myself from throwing my damned computer out the window.

I just have to add that I am on Dial-up and this site loads up faster than any I ever visit....which is good because there is alot of opening shit up....

Should have Fiber-Optics (1000 times faster than DSL or Cable)...just as cheap a month too...(dont have to live in town either).But the township (small) we live in is so fuckin corrupt....its sposed to get a 2 million dollar grant from the Federal Government to start it up and they wont take it

People are getting assaulted and this one woman on the council (shes fuckin insane) is breakin in to peoples (who are for it) houses...I know this because my ol man is fighting for it......The rest of the community dont know what the fucks goin on and how corrupted it is....they just read what the papers tell them which is its costing them a shitload of money...it aint
Just thought Id add that.....Just because its the most fucked up scenario thats ever been.
And how awesome it is that a small town could have got the future of internet connections and got screwed from corruption.... ?
