Meaning, through medical procedures, the organs can be pushed out of the way of thrusting?

Nope. It's actually natural. Females can relax and allow the penis to push their vaginal wall way up there. I do mean, way up there. It will be quite uncomfortable.

Give the brothers some estimated growth along the way if you have the data, brother. Try to estimate your hard work based on your session and growth potential. I got a real question, does that length master really work? I’m about to buy one, I need a bigger dick I lost decent amount of length over the last year from being sick for a few months and in them few months no sex drive so no boners , when I got better an out of hospital and I finally got back to myself I was like holy shit my dick shrank so much wtf, so now I need to get it back to Atlesst where I was , lost length I think will be easier then new length so I need to get on this and buy some products, what worked best for you?

yes the lengthmaster works,also you have to decide what you're going to worked on length or girth if I was you I work on length first if your girth is under 6 inches you would have a easier time stretching it.
