So last night after work I did my power assist stretches, all exercises and I struggled a bit. Not sure if it's because of my length or my angle and grip but on a few of the exercises I felt I wasn't getting the right stretch and mind connection that I should. Also the head of my penis was sore from the constant pressure of squeezes and stretches which made it a little uncomfortable but I powered through it reading my body. Just something I need to get used to doing. Followed up with some expressive stretches
After that I did 3 hours in my silistretcher with my belt. I'm down an hour due to my schedule and trying to fit in all my other stretches which i think is fine as I wear it all night too.
At some point In the night I got uncomfortable and had to take off the stretcher so I don't know how long i had it on for.
In the morning I did my lengthmaster routine and kegals at work while wrapped in my ace bandage for 12 hours.
So far though my time frames are tight I feel confident I'm fitting in everything I need. The only struggle I feel I will have is fitting in erect stretches as I'm worried Ill give in and that will take away from my time and workout.
thanks for the update my brother. It sounds like you’re getting a lot of work in and that’s a good thing. I understand your schedule issues and don’t sweat it, just be good with how you get everything in. If you can’t get in a full session cut it back to a half session. I want you to adjust the routine to what works best for you and your schedule.
Erect stretching should not take that long I only gave you ten minutes 3 times a week. If this is too difficult cut it down to five minutes. As you said you want to read your body and make adjustments according to how you feel. I hope that helps
