This will heal on it's own, a Red/NiR light would speed the process up but is not a necessity.
As tempting as it is to get back into things asap, let it heal, don't subject it to further vacuum or you will just lengthen the wait as you affect the new fresh skin trying to grow... speaking from personal experience.
If you are doing manual stretching (which you should) as part of your routine then just focus on that portion of the workout until you can get back into the SiliStretcher.
Just to show you are not alone in this regard I've attached a pic showing my injury from ages ago & it healed fine, it took about a month once i stopped aggrivating it and you would never know it happened these days.
