Using vaseline might help loosen things up and reduce the friction. But remember, you can only grow as big as the tube. So once you outsize your tube, you need to buy a bigger one.
 
At what pressure should I do the hardcore stretches?

Do you mean how much traction force you can use? Depending where you are and how much you done already. Let's say you did a total of 3 months. Try to pull a free weight around 2.5kg. If you're 6 months in, try around 4kg. If you're a year in, try 6kg. You can increase or decrease accordingly, as long as you don't feel any tingling or sharp pain anywhere. It should be a dull sensation, just a smiggin below any pain.

If I pull, the vacuum goes up so I don’t wantvto overdo it. For example I don’t want to pump to -7 then pull and the vacuum goes up to -9, which would be too high.

What’s the recommendation for the hardcore stretches with the Mityvac?

If you're using a pump for length, don't use high negative pressure to perform length unless you're preconditioned to do so. You will form blisters. Commonly, for length using vacuum pressure, you use smaller cylinder sizes that fits your penis shaft, with very little space between your skin and the cylinder wall. It creates a vacuum tension that pulls your penis length wise. If you have a large cylinder that don't touch the entire penile shaft like a loose glove, you will get girth expansion instead.
 
I hit 21.8cm in the BM. I won’t be taking actual measurements until early July.

I’m struggling to go fully erect into the Mityvac. My glands gets caught on the cylinder wall and when I start pumping it hurts a little due to the friction. I need to get some blood out of my penis to have maybe a 70-80% errection and a smaller glands. Obviously that’s not ideal and I want to enter with a full errection. Any tips? I don’t want to get a bigger cylinder as I’m not filling this one out throughout the whole shaft area.

You don't have to enter the vacuum unit fully erected. You just need to get erected once you create a seal around -5inHg.

As DLD said, a bit of vaseline goes a long way to prevent your glans from sticking on the wall. Make sure to clean the walls up well, and prevent any vaseline from entering the tube and hand pump.

I have the 2” tube and the goal is actually to fill it out over time so I target length. 6.2” in girth would be enough for me.

I guess once I have the length master I’ll focus on that and will do at least 1h in the evening. The morning girth routine works well. As far as I understand I can also target inner penis by just clamping down close to the base?

Finally the lengthmaster arrived and after playing around with it my wrapping and clamping improved so I can now stretch with more or less no pain. Today was really just trial and error in particular the wrapping and clamping but I’m gonna get there.

Unfortunately the silly sleeves are way too tight and I cannot put them on so I will have to use the tape for an ADS.

The bundling is insane and the stretch im getting from the DBS is great. Now I understand why everyone is going crazy about this thing.

Now I’m on my way to the +2” x 0.5” (8” NBP x 6 EG)

Correct. My suggestion is to wrap properly, starting at the base of the glans and wrap downwards towards the base of the penis. Keep pulling the foreskin far down to the base of the penis as you wrap. When you mount the plates near the base of the penis, the foreskin will not slide and stretch during the LM3 exercises. Most don't take time to learn the wrapping method and ended up reporting that the foreskin slides too much, causing a pull on the foreskin and not the inner penile segment.

I did this and the pain significantly reduced. However, I can still feel a pinch. I’m clamping my glands as if I’d clamp the shaft just underneath the glands the pain would be too strong.
How much pain is normal? My glands looked quite battered straight out of the clamp. 15min later it was ok.

If I wrap and clamp like in SIM’s videos it hurts too much
 
Try using another wrap layer. This may be the solution to your problem

Do explain about clamping the glans. Are you mounting the plates onto your glans, where your glans sits in the plates' grooves?

There should not be any pain. The plates should not be compressing on top of the glans.

I cannot reliably wrap it that won’t result in pinching. In SIMs videos (picture with a white string around the testicles) it looks neat but clearly he doesn’t pull his foreskin back.

Even if I pull my foreskin back, then wrap the tera band tightly and then some more bands, as soon as I clamp down and stretch my foreskin gets pulled forward, the teraband creases and starts pinching. I’m at a loss what else to do. I wrapped around the base with my foreskin at the front but that isn’t great either

Got it. Let me try to get the Media link to work properly which we have been working with the platform programmers for the past year to get things normalized. I got the instructions for base wrapping to ease the pain and friction issues under my Media. It shoud help you quite a bit. A few brothers talked to me about the same issues in the past and I got them to wrap properly.

The trick is not to use the TheraBand layer to be in a very wide layer. Mine is folded into a 1.5in to 2in wide doubling layer. Imagine the 4 to 6in layer is trimmed and folded nearly in half, with the length around 8 to 10in long.

Visualize, if you can, by holding the penis fully pulled straight during flaccid. Hold the folded TheraBand layer at the base of the glans, at the frenulum, or slightly to the side. This is to start a point of protection. Slightly wrap the first round tighter than the rest of the wrapping rounds. This is merely to hold things in place. For the LM3 slightly tight wrapping all the time is best. Again, all wrapping should be done when your penis is completely flaccid. I always get humorous comments like, "Why is your penis wrapping looks like a small cigar?" Or "What happened to that large cock? It looks like a Slim Jim when you wrapped it!" That's my wife's humor. But yes, keep it as flaccid as possible.

Every round of wrap, pull the foreskin down as far as it can go. Wrap a round of tight TheraBand, and pull, and wrap, and so on. You only need about 3 to 4in of width below the glans for the LM3 for the plates mounting. If you want to go further down to pull the inner penile segment, the. Keep wrapping downwards. You may need more than 10in of TheraBand length, folded neatly in half with a 1.5 to 2in width.

Next layer is your flexible tape to create that bulk. Again. Keep pulling that foreskin down while you apply the tape. Skin will continue to retract towards the glans if you let it, causing the TheraBand to scrunch up with the foreskin, which causes the creasing.
 
Even if I keep pulling the foreskin back during wrapping, as soon as I clamp it in the LM3 and pull, this will inevitably pull the foreskin, that I meticulously pulled back during wrapping, back forward and cause creasing.

I have yet to achieve a wrap that’s pain free when clamped and during pulling. Regardless what I do with my foreskin it’s moving forward when clamping and pulling.

Inspired by this thread:

I’ve started to incorporate expressive stretching in my routine. It’s hard to describe so I added some pictures. I didn’t use the Lengthmaster ring but just pushed my balls back with one hand while digging deep into the tissues with the other hand. Now I pull the inner penis out and work further into the tissues with the other hand still pushing my testicles and ballsack out of the way. Once I have a good grip I create leverage with my thumb and bend my penis over it whilst simultaneously pushing into my pelvis to prevent the skin from stretching too much. Now I can let go with the other hand and grab my penis with this hand too creating even more leverage and pull. The temporary gains are insane. I’ve added some before and after pictures.

Curious what the veterans think about this.

I noticed during my sleep that night, that my night erections weren’t so hard but I could get really hard when I was watching adult entertainment. I had taken 20mg of Cialis 12h earlier. This morning I can feel definitely some soreness down there.

How long should I rest?
 
Question: what is normal in terms of fatigue after an intense stretching session. I happened to manage a good wrap yesterday and had a pretty intense stretching session with the length master.

Fatigue period lasting between 2 and 5 hours. After 5 hours, it requires 6 hours to fully recover. Over-fatigue will last up to 3 days. How do you know if you accidentally overpushed yourself and became overfatigued? Your erection quality (EQ) dropped for a few days, and a sudden surge of EQ for the next few days.

And you went too far in causing that extra fatigue. No worries. That extra fatigue will allow your tissues to adopt higher EQ strength. Just don't overdo it too often. Once a week is good. Once every 1.5 weeks is better. It's to strengthen your overall EQ for the long run. For me, I did, and still do when I get a chance, fatigue breakout with hanging every 2 to 3 weeks. During that time, I would tell my wife not to expect too much EQ for very long-lasting fun sessions under the sheets until a few days later. It's to build tissue strength to prevent accidental penile fractures. That is something guys don't want to experience. It already happened to me twice from too-crazy sessions.
 
Another great stretch session (just manual) with about 30min DBS and a little bit BTC-BS followed by a BM session in combination with some Ulis.
Got a great pump and reached a new record in the BM (22.1cm/8.7”)”
Afterwards put a cockring on for about 15min.

My morning erections already feel much bigger. I did hold back with actually measuring BPEL although I’m quite tempted

I used to only dry jelq as a manual girth exercise in combination with Ulis but I wanted to figure out the SSJs and boy I did. Holy moly!! This exercise is insane. I get great expansion and out of whatever reason I don’t get red spots like I do when doing Ulis.
I can really see how that in combination with the BM or Mityvac will give me great girth gains.

I need to be careful not to create a chode 😬
