Like really heavy hanging? Im looking forward to seeing how this progresses as i add weight.
So i know it's only day 14, but i figured i'd have atleast gotten a but of size in the flaccid stretched legth department, but i haven't.
So anyways, tried 30 lbs, and although it was heavy and uncomfortable, i think 20lbs is to light at this point, i can even swing the 20 lbs with relative ease. I was going to wait a month before moving up to 30 bs, but i think i might move up to 30lbs sooner, maybe day 15 or 20.
Definitely going for it! Thanks D!I agree, go for 30 pounds if you’re not making gains at 20 pounds, even mores f necessary. There’s no way I could make gains at 20 pounds so I say go for it.

I’ll be checking up on you every day my friend and I hope this goes really well for you.Taken 5 days off now, ill be starting with 30lbs like i said in an earlier post.
I'll start with 1 x 10 min set per day, for the first 20 days, after this i will do 2 x 10 min for another 20 days, then i will do 3 x 10 min for another 20 days.
After these 2 months at 30 lbs, i will increase weight.
