My New Log

It is a big change when you go from stretching before girth to doing girth before stretching. For me I would do it twice a week because I felt as though it helped advance erect size cementing. But as a general way of training I always do my length before my girth. Both have their positive place in PE. One would be considered a healing or passive technique while the other would be considered a active gaining technique.
Yeah, i feel you on that DLD, the pumping before caused too much fluid retention, i could only handle a few minutes of hanging afterwards. So definitely think pumping afterwards is best.
 
June 1st (Day 1)

Today i just did some basic hanging.
20 Lbs x 17 minutes (one set was 8 minutes, the 2nd set was 9 minutes)
I had a very difficult time with wrap for some reason today, was kind of painful. I think it that my hair is growing in (not clean shaved) so it was caused the feeling of pinching.

Exactly but still it’s a good thing to do every once in a while maybe once a week, do girth before length for the simple reason that it will help stretch erectile tissue. You probably won’t be able to use as much weight as you like but look at it as a healing techniques that will work very well.

june 2nd (day 2)
Today - 2 sets @ 20lbs, each set was 10 min (20 min total)
Directly after, 2 x 10 min pumping

Are you saying you pumped first or you did pumping after your length workout?
 
Day 3

Today i did-
Hanging @ 20 lbs , 1x10 min, 3x5 min (25 minutes total)
High pressure pumping 10 min
Clamping for 20 min

This routine is taking me almost 2 hrs because im still not the best at putting the wrap on perfectly each time. so ill get all wrapped up and find out it's painful when i got to hang, Super annoying.
 
Also, stay wrapped until you've finished all of your sets. Unwrapping and rewrapping decompresses the wraps and leads to frustration if you do it each time you remove your hanger. I know others mean well, but if what you're doing works for you, do it. It's easy to give "advice" based on speculation vs firsthand experience. Vac hanging vs compression hanging are two totally different beasts and take different approaches. One "feels better", but that doesn't mean it works better past the point of newbie gains.

Nothing personal Red, but have you hung with a compression hanger and with high poundages? I don't recall you hanging previously.
 
Advising someone to just get a vacuum hanger and hang what you feel are "normal" poundages isn't necessarily good advice. I wouldn't walk into a local gym and give workout advice just because I've done some lifting myself and read some stuff online.
Not being mean here, just realistic. I have some experience clamping, but I'd still defer a guy to Redzulu for clamping advice.
Before I give advice here, I ask myself is my advice based on my own experience, or should I just skip replying?

I'd expect anyone else with firsthand experience in a PE subject I know little about to correct me if I gave bad advice.

I've hung with a compression hanger in the past - bib hanger. I wasn't a fan of the wrapping and feel of that against my penis. Compression hangers work, but for me, I like the vacuum hangers against my penis more. Just feels more comfortable for me.

I did manage to hang with 35lbs at most using a bib. All my routine threads are on here with it. I used BTC angle mostly.

Also used the compression hanger on the LM.

My advice is also based on my own experience so dont assume otherwise, also dont take it personally because you sell a compression hanger.

Kidding, you both bring valid information, always have, Between RED, STILL, DLD, and kingsnake (no disrespect towards other members, i've had many people help me, and it's what makes MOS so great)
Between those 4, i've learned probably 95% of what i know, the rest is from others and personal experience.

Yeah, as far as the hangers go, if i was just starting out, i would have definitely gone with the Vacuum hanger, they are very comfortable in comparison to compression hangers, but they don't hold up to high weight.
Personally, i'm at a point where my dick has become quite strong, manual stretching and light weight
hanging just don't really do it for me at all anymore.

I haven't come into this routine light of thought, i've come up with the best routine i could think up based on personal experience and an understanding of my body.

Nah, the fluid is from the high hg pumping, i'm going to 20 and over, so the fluid retention is inevitable.

Day 4

Hanging @ 20 lbs x 1 set for 10 min

Feeling very sore, skin under glans swollen

Measured my bpfsl because i forgot- 7.5''

Wow congratulations on that half inch gain! You must be very proud of yourself and you deserve it my man!

Day 5

Today-
Hanging 2 sets @ 20lbs for 10 min each set (20 min total)
plus 1 set @ 10lbs for 17 min (37 min total)

I measured my MSEG today, because my morning wood felt thicker and it was 5 1/4'', strangely my wood is 1/4 thicker? don't know it this is real or just a temp yet.

Measured my bpel, still at 7'', i don't get it, my mseg is 1/4'' bigger, but my length hasn't increased at all.
i hadn't pumped since day one, and every time i measure im 5.25, so i don't know if i've gained girth, but today i said fuck it and decided to bust out the pump.
i honestly thought i had gained a little length, my dick just feels longer and stretchier, also my flaccid seems bigger, i hope that continue. lol but nope still bpel 7'' and 7.5 bpfsl.

Don’t worry, the gains are on the way. Sometimes we can get tested but if we make it through these challenges we end up with amazing gains!

Like really heavy hanging? Im looking forward to seeing how this progresses as i add weight.

It’s new to me and that’s why I ask you to go forward with your plan to see what kind of results you can make. But I can’t speak for everybody. I’m glad to see you’re getting good routines in though, Good job!
 
Starting on day 15 i'll be adding a few things to my PE session.
I'll do my two regular hanging sets, then i'll do some air pumping, then once my shaft is really elastic ill do some semi-erect jackups, probably 200 to start.
 
So i know it's only day 14, but i figured i'd have atleast gotten a but of size in the flaccid stretched legth department, but i haven't.
So anyways, tried 30 lbs, and although it was heavy and uncomfortable, i think 20lbs is to light at this point, i can even swing the 20 lbs with relative ease. I was going to wait a month before moving up to 30 bs, but i think i might move up to 30lbs sooner, maybe day 15 or 20.

I agree, go for 30 pounds if you’re not making gains at 20 pounds, even mores f necessary. There’s no way I could make gains at 20 pounds so I say go for it.
