Kidding, you both bring valid information, always have, Between RED, STILL, DLD, and kingsnake (no disrespect towards other members, i've had many people help me, and it's what makes MOS so great)
Between those 4, i've learned probably 95% of what i know, the rest is from others and personal experience.
Yeah, as far as the hangers go, if i was just starting out, i would have definitely gone with the Vacuum
hanger, they are very comfortable in comparison to compression hangers, but they don't hold up to high
weight.
Personally, i'm at a point where my dick has become quite strong, manual stretching and light
weight
hanging just don't really do it for me at all anymore.
I haven't come into this routine light of thought, i've come up with the best routine i could think up based on personal experience and an understanding of my body.
