Welp... i'm here to get back to it, im not going to waste my time with the reasons ive been absent, just back and ready to make more gains, consistently.
I'll be posting everyday, or at least every other day to keep me committed/on track and motivated.

I'm looking for length gains, so im going with heavy hanging, short sets, using a modified sock hanger.

Excellent to have you back :) good wise move with the goals. Please, if you can, snap pix of the sock hanger .. doesn't need to be around your manhood, a banana might suffice, just to illustrate.

You see, doesn’t it feel good? You’re not starting over just starting! There’s a saying that I like to use; you don’t have to be great to start but you do have to start to be great. I’m thinking about you when I say this as You are starting like it was day one. No baggage, no dirty past, no inconsistencies, a brand new start to get to that size you want. You have a goal now with that in mind let’s make it happen.
 
This is whats basically happened to me.
Monday- 1 set x 10 minutes @ 30 lbs
Tuesday- 1 set x 10 minutes @ 30 lbs
... i will be doing 2 sets starting next week, for a total of 20 min a day.
For the bad....i broke 2 clamps wed, so today i went to home depot, but i'm trying something different out.
I bought a ''BIG'' size clamp... and i cut up two credit cards in even 1cm strips and taped one of them together, the taped it to the inside of one clamp on the one side, and did the same thing to the second card and then taped it to the other side of the clamp. im hoping this will create enough of a clamp effect so that i can just put my wrap, gt the sock and clamp with the one big clamp, it seems much stronger, and their so much easier than conventional hangers.

I will see if i can, my stupid usb port is broken on y laptop, my phone rarely ever charges, i have to plug it to the wall extension.

I am also curious to see these sock inventions... or failing that, I'm happy to just stare at your avatar. LOL
It isn't my invention, the sock hanger was brought to my attention by Big Al Alfaro, i just switched it up, rather than using a string to fasten the sock, i used multiple medium size clamps.
but now i will be using a new big clamp the i have modified.
 
my flaccid is hanging again. and when i stretch it feels longer, but not taking any measurments

HAHAHA Do you think i should take a bpfsl measurment, my previous was 7.5... im hesitant to take measurements everyday because im ocd, and ill start tripping thinking im not doing enough, which will inevitably lead to me feeling like ill never do enough, and giving up.

Be strong with yourself and just follow the protocol for measuring. Make official measurements every 90 days. Take post girth work out measurements to make sure you’re seeing expansion. Check your BPFS once a week to make sure you’re seeing gains in length.

Bpfsl is longer, hitting 7 3/4 now, which is an indicator of future growth, was hoping i would have gained some bpel, but havent checked because i dont want to syke myself out.
Really having troubles hanging heavier weight, it's like there's no hanger i've tried that can handle 35+lbs efficiently.

I’m glad to hear that your cement thing that size, that must feel great. So I give you a big congratulations there. As far as hanging goes what’s happening at 35 pounds? Are you feeling pinching? Let me know what’s happening then we can figure out why.
 
its a catch 22, if i put less padding so i can make it tighter, i get massive pinching, if i put more padding, the clamp or hanger won't get tight enough and it slips right over the glans, which KILLS!!!

Pinching happens for one reason, a wrinkle in the wrap. Wrap needs to be smooth and without wrinkles or creases. Have you tried a double up on the sleeve?
 
It's funny, ten years ago this summer i found MOS. I remember i was unsure if it would even work, i had been looking for over a month into getting surgery, girth mainly(i was 4.5'' mseg), but also not happy at all about my 6'' length (i realize now, that was mostly because my smaller girth made me look smaller overall.)
Strangely i found MOS through the exact documentary DLD was featured on, can't remember the name, all i remember is how crappy the surgery the DEAN guy who paid thousands for length ended up, he paid like 5k for like 1 cm. smh My heart was both broken and then given hope once again in the same documentary haha i knew surgery wouldn't produce anything substantial, but i found MOS.
Here comes skinny DLD, he wasn't hard or anything (if any of yas have seen it, you know what i mean) but his flaccid was huge dude. and seemingly stretched out for ever in the short ''jelqing clip''
I remember thinking, if i had that thing my girl would FREAK, probably get wet at the sight of it lol
And so i was hooked, bought the dvd, gained and inch in under 2 months, and the rest is history...

MOS changed my life in 09, even though i was getting laid like crazy, after that one comment from a girl i was banging, i was mad insecure for months. MOS is like a confidence sanctuary.
 
Today was a re-introduction to PE, No hanging, just a really simple pump and clamp (which i will be doing 2x per week in combination with everyday hanging.

BM- 20 min (2x10 min)
Clamping- 20 min
No squeezes, bends because i can't get the clamp tight enough, i can just clamp tight enough that the extra blood stay in the shaft, but when i would try to squeeze a little would escape.

Girth expansion - 5''- 5.5'' (end of session)
Length gain- not really, just BM Temporary

That sounds like a very nice way to ease yourself into this routine. As you know there is no rush in taking your time is so important to mastering exercises and tools. I’m very proud of you for creating this routine and putting the work in, you deserve to make growth with everything you’ve done over the years!

Thanks DLD, i figured it better not to rush, but im not sure if i should pump before or after my hanging session?
 
Today i had an awesome pumping session, i turned my BM into the greatest air pump i've ever owned. i took off the top bit for my x40 xtreme, and i took my reverse pump air gauge (same type of hand pump you would get with most air pumps, only this on is solid metal, and works like a beast) and attached it to the top hole on the BM.
works INSANELY GOOD!

Airpump- 20 min (2x10 min)
Girth- from 5'' to 5 3/4'' by the end of session.

Ill pump for this weekend, and then start hanging on monday @ 20lbs
 
Pumping before hanging?
I was thinking pumping expands the tissues, which could lead to better elasticity.

I generally advise men to do their length work before they do their girth work as it becomes more difficult to stretch your expanded penis. But in SRT I have aloud for 1 to 2 days a week for doing girth before length for the very reason you have stated.
 
If you hang using a compression hanger, it hurts more. A vacuum hanger much more comfortable. Its all about your own choice, comfort though. I never really liked compression hangers.
 
In all honesty you wont be needing such heavy weights if you combine pumping with it.
The vacuum hangers weak link is the attachment, usually the sleeve.

Mos has that fixed, I will be trying it myself in time once I get the new sleeves.

Another thing, that amount of weight you use will make your dick allot stronger, more resistant to stress as it has to adapt otherwise injure. Hanging more is not necessarily best.

If you really want to combine pumping with hanging, my take on that is to use a vacuum hanger with normal poundage's, you aint breaking records here, and already working off of pre-fatigued stretched out penile tissue, structures. Its not the "normal" state your hanging off.

When I get into a routine, which shouldm't be long I have the plan going along those lines.

When I get into a routine, which shouldm't be long I have the plan going along those lines.
I'm starting off at twenty, i'm working off of the maximum overload theory for gains. Rather than small incremental addition, i will be adding a substantial weight.

My routine is as follows- 2 weeks hanging at 20lbs x 20 min (2 x 10 minute sets per day)
At the 2 week mark, i add 5 minutes to each set, going from 20 minutes a day to 30 min total (15 minutes per set)
At the 1 month mark, i add an ''overload'' of 5 lbs (now hanging 25lbs) which re-stresses the tissues (unlike small incremental raises)
i drop back down to 20 minutes a day (or 2x 10 min) for two weeks, then once again add 5 minutes to each set for two weeks... and so on... (30lbs)... ect...
 
It is a big change when you go from stretching before girth to doing girth before stretching. For me I would do it twice a week because I felt as though it helped advance erect size cementing. But as a general way of training I always do my length before my girth. Both have their positive place in PE. One would be considered a healing or passive technique while the other would be considered a active gaining technique.
