I love the Bible and have read it over and over. No matter how many times I read it.I learned something new. I love Jesus 😇
Glad to hear that Chief, I love the Bible and Jesus too. Used to be a muslim for 2 years and have read the Quran like 20 times at least but then after picking up my Bible again I reverted back to Christianity.

Feels like I made the right choice everyday when I read the Bible.
 
10.03.24- Day off.

Sitting here now drinking my coffee while getting ready to perform my routine. ADHD meds has kicked in also so got the energy boost I need to do it.

11.03.24- 5 mins ball & lig stretches, 30 mins bundled stretches, 120 jelqs and 3x5 mins Bathmate HydroXtreme 9 pumping.

Actually decided yesterday to start doing my stretches bundled and will keep on doing them that way from now on. Really hope incorporating bundled stretches will speed up the gaining process. Time will tell.
 
12.03.24- 5 mins ball & lig stretches, 40 mins bundled stretches, 160 jelqs and 3x5 mins of Bathmate HydroXtreme 9 pumping.

So upped my routine a bit, took me about 1h46mins in total. Day off today, feels good.
 
13.03.24- Planned day off.

14.03.24- Unplanned day off, was just feeling tired and depressed so ended up with an extra day off. Feeling much better now and will do my routine in a few minutes.
 
15.03.24- 5 min ball & lig stretch, 40 mins bundled stretches, 160 jelqs and 3x5 mins pumping with Bathmate HydroXtreme 9.

Think I’m going for air pumping with my MityVac today since the diameter of the tube is smaller than on the Bathmate allowing for a more length oriented pumping session. Just wanna reach 8 inches BPEL as soon as possible.

16.03.24- Pumping only with the MityVac 3x5 mins. Reaching 8 inches inside the tube, so got a bit more length expansion than compared to the Bathmate. Will keep on using the MityVac for a while now, at least until I reach 8 inches BPEL outside of the tube.

Just got lazy yesterday hence me doing pumping only. Despite Sunday being my day off I will do a little routine today to make up for yesterday.
