Progress thread My new extender/progress thread.

17.02.24- Did 30 mins of basic stretches, 100 jelqs and 2x5 mins of Bathmate HydroXtreme 9 pumping.

Took one day off on Sunday but then that turned into 2 days so from now on I will only take a break when I feel like I really, really need it. Hoping that It’ll be okay considering I’m only pumping 2x5 mins.

Found that only two sets of pumping to the max created way less fluid build-up while still producing an amazing hang so going to stick to that.
 
20.02.24- Did 40 mins of basic stretches, 120 jelgs and 2x5 mins of pumping with my Bathmate HydroXtreme 9.

Took me about 82 mins in total. The max amount of time I’m willing to put down in one session is 2 hours total so still got room to up both the stretching time and amounts of jelqs.

With that extra time, you could get in some ball and ligament stretches, which will help you grow so much faster.
 
Think I’ll add in some «ball & lig» stretches today as well and maybe even a third set of pumping just to see how much fluid build up I get from it now. Hopefully not that much now.
 
25.02.24- Did only 20mins of basic stretches, 80 jelqs and 2x7mins and 1x3mins of pumping with my Bathmate HydroXtreme 9.

Will do 30 to 40 mins of stretching today and stick to 2x5 mins of pumping as any longer than that gives me some serious fluid build up.
 
I must admit that I have come to the point where I’m pretty satisfied with the size of my penis and have been contemplating just doing a maintenance routine of 20 mins stretching, 80 jelqs and 2x5 mins of pumping everyday.

Will see what I end up doing when I do my routine in a few mins, as I still would like to be at least 8 inches BPEL with 9 being the ultimate dream size.

About to do a late night routine now and will see if I stretch for 30 or 40 mins. I really believe these basic stretches will grant me some gains very soon.
