Hmm 🤔 This might true the same guy MOS-MASTER sent in the video says same as you if your flaccid hang is shrunken it’s a sign of overwork, but it also makes sense after intense stretching for it to turtle up.

curious after 1-2 days of shrinkage you recommended more time off until your flaccid hangs ?
The turtling after session do not count. If you realize that your penis feels permanent retracted you should look into reprogramming your program, rest vs. active stretching.
 
14.02.24- Did 30 mins of basic stretches, 100 jelqs and 3x5 mins pumping with my Bathmate HydroXtreme 9.

Think I will abstain from PE today as my penis feels a bit over-worked.

Some interesting things happened back in the day with the penis pumps competition. One brand that was new, messed up big time, Bathmate took the market fully and then MityVac came.

Did test it once without the comfort insert but damn it became almost too intense. Will use the comfort insert for now and when that starts feeling like nothing I’ll start pumping without the comfort insert.

Gotta say I forgot how much I liked using the Bathmate, it really does give me that extra girth and a longer and fuller flaccid hang 24/7. Even on my day off it hung lower and fuller and I’ve only been pumping again for about a week.

Really starting to enjoy using my Bathmate HydroXtreme 9 again, as I got a bit tired of lubing up all the time. Though will test out doing only 2x5 mins of pumping today to see if it reduces fluid build up. I think it’s the third set that get’s the fluid build up going. I know I could do the SSJ’s but won’t for now as I’m trying to save some time.

Might also do 40 mins of stretches today. Time will tell.
