I mean, I don't use it without wrapping but I like the material. It's stiff but flexible and somehow "self-adjusting" to your needs (dick-shape)after 3 or 4 sets without losing stability.

I do mainly stretches with the force of my legs via a robe. For short time maybe 20-30 kg, so 10 lbs are not the question!

Uhh! As far as I remember, the width of the outer piece is flaccid girth minus 1"-1.5" and the inner again 1.5"less(you should experiment little to fit it to YOUR dick, did the same) and the height of the outer piece around 2" and the inner little over 1.5".
