Straight Up to the Left: 30-seconds x 3
Straight Up to the Center: 30-seconds x 3
Straight Up to the Right: 30-seconds x 3

BPEL: 7 inches
EG: 4.9 inch

Goal:

BPEL : 8.2 INCHES
EG: 5.9 INCH

Thanks for taking this advise as it will truly bring gains faster. Look into SRT for the reasons.

Hipnosis can’t hurt. Is simply meditation that will give you more mental energy in the PE process. Anything that can help you gain you should try. You may unlock a new way of of gaining. Many of the exercises I’ve created happen by mistake. So I say whatever you need to do to keep your head in the game, DO IT!
