I began this journey only about 2 months and change ago, and have not been consistent at all.
Maybe 4 days off, and one day on, or doing half routines, etc.
Despite all of this, i have almost added a cm in length , and i have not measured girth yet, because it's not my goal but it seems to be be getting thicker as well.
I think i will only do length work, in the form of extender stretching , and maybe the newbie routine once in a while, for now.
I have been pretty consistent this week, and i plan on wearing the extender a minimum of 4 hours a day.
I won't do jelqing for now, because it is interfering with my nofap goals (on day 7 hardmode right now, and i wanna get ot 90).
I stated at 18 cm (7.08 inches) BPEL.
I am now 18.7 cm BPEL (7.3 inches) (It might already be 19 cm, but i did not want to risk losing my nofap streak, so i did not get 100% hard. Maybe 90%.)
I have added picture proof, and will continue to to so, to keep track of my progress.
