Progress thread My Evolving Routine

Noted, yeah I'm definitely looking to upgrade once I can start getting paid this summer. Covid and school have been hell on my finances but hopefully this summer will fix things. The fact that I have this great start to growth motivates the hell out of me.

I am so close to 8" BPFSL. I'll be there by next week, and I'm over 7.5" BPEL now, so the barriers are falling.

Routine wise, I slacked on Kegels and Reverse Kegels and suffered and EQ dropoff. I've been going hard the past two days and my Pelvic Floor is EXHAUSTED, but I know its for the best. Sticking with Newbie manuals and extending, while adding some A stretches and V stretches to the mix to really start working the tunica.

In the alternative, after reading Jackxxx's Ultrasonic Thread, I reached out to some old contacts to gather some information on the current cutting edge components in RF. Once I'm done finals my next research project is going to be figuring out what frequency band would be best for targeting the tunica and the septum. I also want to look into some of the surgical techniques surrounding penis implants. I read a paper where micro-cuts were made in the tunica to allow for larger implants to be placed into the CC to expand the penis. It lead me to wonder if this sort of approach could be used in conjunction with typical PE work to lead to massive gains. BUT, cutting my dick doesn't actually seem like a great plan, so that got me thinking, if instead of physically cutting, the tunica was targeted in a patterned fashion to create localized micro tears using RF, it could lead to a whole new paradigm of PE. Anyway, none of this stuff is around the corner, or even definitely possible. They are all just hypotheses that I need to research this summer once I put the law school books down. Until then, its stretch stretch stretch

Finally finished finals! Do I start drinking and going wild??? No, it’s time for a shower, then a good warm up then an all day marathon of dick stretching.

Having a full day of no studying let me get maybe the best workout of my life in. Got such good stretch work going that at the end of the day, I could feel the pull in my pelvic floor. Woke up this morning with great EQ, threw down a measurement and was past 7.625”, almost to 7-11/16.

The past few weeks have been shit for my routine. Started a new job and can't use my extender during the day so I've been forced to try to do my routines at night. Coupled with that, I sustained an unrelated neck injury that set me back a few weeks. Struggling to get back into the swing of things, but trying to power through. This weekend I need to re-establish a new routine so I can keep powering through the summer.

I’m glad you were recognize how important consistency is. I am so pleased to see you coming back and getting back to work. I’m praying for you my brother to make some incredible growth this summer.
 
Thanks bro! Yeah I am not able to do nearly as muhc as I was able to a few months ago volume wise in a day, but I am at least making sure to get some work in. I will not see the same progresss rate that I saw during the school year due to my lack of time but I will keep pushing ahead with effort to maximize the time I do have

Also try to be creative with this to find pockets of time that you can get even more work in. Even if it’s just five minutes throughout the day it would benefit you
