I would like to start by saying I have been puffing fags for as long as I can remember. Before I did drugs, I did fags. Before I lost my virginity to a woman I did fags. Stressed out? did a fag, Just woke up? did a fag, finished up some hardcore sex with my Ex, did a fag. So as you can see me and the fags have become inseperable.

Anyways, I went to my Doctor because I have been feeling depressed and out of shape. Don't worry guys my cock still works but when little Timmy goes limp, I know where to hit up on the viagra. Back to the story..

My Doctor did a check up on me and came to a conclusion that I just cant handle. He said that the fags I've been puffing and sucking back for the last few decades are actually causing me health problems. IM FUCKIN Penis EnlargementEVED!

Says I got a bum ticker and the fags aren't helping. So I have to cut down, somehow. Gonna be hard as hell cuz Im down right addicted.

Oh ya, for those of you possible closet Homosexuals who just don't know it and who are getting upset with me using the word fag... I will put it in American terms for you.. CIGARETTE=FAG (Glad we got that cleared up hey guys.. dont hurt me Im a nice guy)

So if anyone has quit cold turkey jerkey let me know some tips cuz otherwise, Im fucked.
 
Im not a homosexual, and i don't think you should use the word fag. And America isn't the only place that calls it a "cigarette".

In regards to your question, i don't know how you didn't see it coming. It's very simple, cigarettes are doing you bad, so don't smoke.

I feel the same way Shithead, but alas it is a legal act and smokers have every right to smoke.

If you really want to quit then you will. Stop fucking around man. If you don't have the determination or discipline then own up to it and decide what you will do from there. There's no trying to quit either. That's the way you've got to look at it. If you "quit" then start again 2 months later you didn't quit. You'll most likely end up feeling better about yourself once you no longer have that addiction controlling you/your behavior/your outlook on life.
 
I hear that Wellbutrin or some of the SSRI's can help you quit the "Oily Rags" (see I didn't sat fags). I also need to quit however I don't really smoke that much and am sort of a closet smoker but even one is too much.

Yo dude, when it comes to qutting these things there is no easy answer to it. It takes usually many tries before you do it positively. The problem is, you actually have to want to stop. From what I see by your attitude, you will not stop, at least not for a hell of a lot more tries down the line. Think to yourself what do you want in exchange for that feeling of cool smoke running down your throat, good health, great smelling body? or an ashtray smelling body, a slave to nicotine, letting these white sticks rule your life. If you genuinely like smelling like an ashtray and you think these are worth your health, then there is nothing in this world that will encourage you to stop.
In case you didn't know the "ciggs calm me down!" excuse is actually bull shit, I use to use it my self. ciggs get you more fidgity and and edgy in the first place, thus you need to smoke to get your self back to a level of normality. I wish you good luck, but before you call on others for help quitting you need to ask your self some serious questions, when you weigh up the benefits vs the pros and make up your true decision, then you will be able to quit.
