Progress thread My All-Out SRT Routine!

I’m back to doing 1-2 length master sessions a day since one week back. 20-30 mins each session.

The exercise of choice is the bundled BTC and it feels like I’m responding well to it, flaccid looks longer already.

I’m excited to achieve my goals! Let’s get it brothers!

btw I have a question regarding penis ring after girth. I think my silirings have been somewhat stretched since I don’t get the same blood trapping feeling when wearing it. I experimented with a very tight band a couple of times and the blood trapping feeling was very intense and kept the dick filled with blood. But also felt a bit of pain doing it this way and I’m a bit scared after learning about DVT (deep vain thrombosis) from @squirt_inducer_man

maybe you have some input on this @huge-girth or @DLD? Can I use the ‘glans rings’ (the smaller ones) that comes with the siliring pack, or maybe should I enlarge them a bit first…

I would enlarge them by stretching over a thick item like a bottle of coke. This usually solves the issue
 
Damn brother I was struggling so hard to keep it up due to nervousness haha.. Had like a 3 second time window to measure before I rapidly went flaccid again haha... But now I've double checked multiple times because I couldn't really believe it!

BPEL: EXACTLY AT 8" MARK (pushing the ruler hard into bone)
NBPEL: 7.24" (pushing the ruler lightly into skin)
MSEG: 5.9"

The quote above is from mars. Today I got around to measure again (almost been 7 months since last time, with around 3-4 weeks off PE during this period, so I have had 6 solid months of active PE work between measurements)

So... As far as results go... the new measurements were kind of depressing, to say the least:

BPFSL 8.46" (21,5 cm) this is the first time I ever measure this btw
BPEL 8.14" (20,7 cm) difference since mars: 0.14"
MSEG 6" (15,4 cm) difference since mars: 0.1"


Why did I gain so little?... Did I do too much?.. Did I do too little?.. Am I being a bitch when it comes to intensity?... So many questions right now...

Like for fuck sake I've been obsessing with PE for like 1.5 years now researching A LOT. Countless hours...

I follow some of the "new school" PE'ers on youtube etc. and they talk a lot about rest being very important, so I worry about if I've been overdoing it (overtraining) and thus hurting my results...

On the flipside though, if I listen to the more "old school" PE'ers on here they could easily make the case that I've been undertraining with their standards so I'm really confused as to where I should go from here.

GIVING UP IS NOT AN OPTION... Just really frustrated at this point as I really didn't expect this slow progression...

I've been training actively for like 1.5 years now and over a full year with DAILY PE. Very low off days. I've been focused heavily on length master work and also 4-5 months of vacuum hanging, but I'm back to LM work now.

On average I would say I've been doing like 40 mins of active stretching everyday (sometimes 60 mins and sometimes 30 mins so probably 40 mins on average EVERYDAY almost)

Also girth almost everyday.

Equipment:
Length master
Silistretcher
Silisleeves
Mos Red (red light therapy, which I use daily)
MityVac
Bathmate x40

Keeping extended for AT LEAST 5-7 hours everyday after length work AND 1-2 hours with cock ring after girth...

I feel like I've ticked off every box that one needs to consider to get optimal results BUT STILL THIS HAPPENED...

What could possibly been the issue here, or is this normal? Where do I go from here brotherhood.....!

The slow rate at which length gains are made once you gain over 2 inches in length is the reason why I decided to focus fully on girth work. The plan is to max out the mityvac.

The girth gains you made for the past 6 months is highly shocking and disappointing too. I will advice you take Viagra before measuring. And also, measure when you are very aroused. That should do it.

I noticed that my gains don't show unless there is excessive blood flow into the penis.

This could be a lack of blood flow problem. I've been training for 4 to 5 days a week. I believe there should be off days for girth at least twice a week.

I'm very confused right now. Don't give up brother.

It took Redzulu 4 solid years to get to 7 inches. I told myself recently that, it will take me 3 to 4 years to really max out the 2.5 cylinder even when my base girth was 6 inches when I started pumping in January 2023.

When I want to measure, I will surely be very aroused and also smoke my weed because weed gives the blood flow that no pill can ever give me.

@DLD also had problems with gaining girth but he found a way around it. I suggest we wait for his comment.

Yes, EQ could potentially play a role here as I had trouble getting a full erection easily, so that could be skewing the numbers somewhat. Maybe I should try to measure some other day soon again.

I've also heard from many people that after 2" length gain (and maybe 1" girth gain?) many seem to experience it being harder to gain consistently.

But the thing is I've only gained about 1" in length since starting with PE myself... I desperately need that additional 1-inch length gain!

I was in the same boat as you brother.
What worked for me was to take 8 weeks off of P.E. and start again.
I understand that sounds insane because we've been taught more is more.
But I went like 8+ months getting 0 gains.
My reason might be different than yours but I was all about having to do the absolute most all day every day.
Which for me (maybe you) just led to injuries.
Over and over and over again.
Then when I'd finally get healed up I'd try to go right back to it and just hurt myself again.

It's a hard pill to swallow. But my advice is take 6-8 weeks completely off.
Then don't go so damn hard once you're back haha

If you're just yanking the living shit out of your dick all day everyday you're gonna have problems.
You'll also make your tunica strong as fuck regardless if you do bundles or not. It will adapt.

I cant tell you what will work for you. But for me taking time off then coming back slow made me gain like a newbie again.
I'm just over 1.5 inches gained in length since the start of my P.E. journey.

Believe me, the problem is with your EQ. I believe you have made gains but erection quality is poor. My last measurement was in June and I haven't measured since then. I notice my penis is thicker whenever I smoke so I will be smoking once it's time to to measure.

Yes I'm only doing girth now and I'm getting to realize that it's going to take longer to max out the pump than I thought. For this reason, I've stopped length work completely since May. I want to max out the pump I have. I'm giving myself 4 years to achieve it.

I've not measured length since 2020.

Yes less is more. I noticed my base girth is even more thicker now than it was in June. I am training 2 days on and 1 day off. It seems to be working. Sometimes I do 2 days on and 2 days off. It works for me. I just hope I don't run into problems.

I think there's a lot of truth in what you're saying regarding taking time off. I did however have a complete break of 3-4 weeks during this period so that should have deconditioned me at least somewhat.. hmm...

Was your 8 weeks off completely off with NOTHING PE related? (no ADS or whatever?

I can definitely relate to the need to hammer away every day obsessively. Like taking pride in the grind and the ability to withstand it lol

Maybe I need to seriously consider taking your advice now because something has to change... I can't continue to gain at this rate. It also speaks to the "new schoolers" approach to rest/decondition that I mentioned earlier. Just hoping to get more input from more people and their experiences.

What's your training frequency now? When did you start your PE journey?

Take 25mg of Viagra and watch a very hot adult entertainment video. Measure 40 minutes after taking the Viagra. Measure late night when your balls sack is hanging loose. This should help too.

8 weeks 100% off from any kind of training.
No pump, ads, hanging, etc.
The only action my dick was getting was sex and masturbation.

My frequency is 1 day on 1 day off.
I'm 74 days in rn doing that split and my dick is the healthiest it's ever been.
Insane EQ, longer flaccid after sessions, and I haven't even worn an ADS in like 5 months and I'm growing like a weed.

Again, it's different. I'm not saying you can't gain from the old school approach.
But for me I got to a point to where I needed a less demanding schedule so I could focus on other things than just my dick.

I've been off and on PE since high-school.
Like most just starting with manuals, jelqs, etc.

Didn't take it serious until I joined here like 16 months ago or something like that

And this is pure disinformation.
You'll also make your tunica strong as fuck regardless if you do bundles or not. It will adapt.
The reason this belief exist in the world of penis enlargement is that when brothers stop gaining, they want to blame their penis and not their program or strategy.

The key to not get stuck in a plateau is to increase the intensity progressively. The Tunica albuginea will not get stronger or tougher to stretch. It's penis tissue and it's supposed to be able to be ballooned up with blood in order support a strong erection. So I don't understand why this myth still exist? Imagine the Tunica Albuginea getting harder/strong as fuck, you wouldn't be able to have an erection?

But you need to be willing to stretch harder then you have ever stretched before, and you only need LENGTHMASTER 3, and this pel.wrap (🔗 My penis elongation wrap). The modifications I did to my LM3 I didn't do them for fun, I did them in order to be able to stretch insanely hard, and bundled more rotation and be able to stretch with the same angle of attack.

The thing is that I know for a fact that most brothers, are not stretching hard enough with LM3.

This is what is so frustrating to me, I gain like crazy and nobody are willing to follow my program. I don't say this to seam better in some way. It's just so frustrating when I know the possibilities. I want to set a new standard of the norm of what is possible.

I promote high intensity stretching, and then keeping the tissue expanded/elongated throughout the day. For me this is the most efficient way to gain. Why put multiple hours in, when you can get all the gains with active stretching for 20 min x 2 times/day (3 days on, 1 day off)? The key is to always keep your tissue elongated when you are not stretching actively.

The pel.wrap I have developed keeps the penis both elongated and expanded.

Everything I talked about in this post I have shared on the forum. You are free to follow it and you will be amazed on how fast you can gain length with my methods.

@MosMaster I believe you need higher intensity in short bursts in order to gain faster. The reverse Kegel while stretching is really important. As well as the healing part.

I disagree with my quote you mentioned. We all gain differently. Some people gain fast like DLD. Some gain slow.

This must be the reason. You have been so dedicated so there must be some major length gains. I'm sure of it. When I personally measure I need to make sure my erection is at 110%, but that may be because I have a 🍌 penis and I need to force it in line with my wooden ruler.
 

But as long as they remain consistent, there will always be gains and with time they will eventually get to their dream size. The more gains you make in length, the harder it becomes to get more gains.

Let's say you gained 2 inches within your first 6 months. You cannot gain another 2 inches within the next 6 months. You might not even gain up to 1 full inch in that 6 months.

This is a sad reality but if you make PE a lifestyle, the little gains will build up to that dream size of 10 inches. But it will take longer.

The first 2 inches is easy.

You are correct about that. The longer you get, the harder it is to force the penis to grow longer, I have seen this for myself.
