Yeah! You are are correct...I was probably stuck like a week 😂 But back then I felt stuck, but I was not. It was probably the "suck" of the discipline that got to me.

This is from Mars 23rd. I will measure again on September 23rd.

I'll have to go hard now! And I also want to measure BPFSL as I've never done that. I think it's good to know to determine if I need any specific exercises depending on my BPFSL gap, right?

One week, haha, I’ve been stuck/plateaued for some years. But I’m slowly but surely starting to gain again.😁

plateaus happen to me especially when I was near my various goals. I think it is a mental block that manifested to a physical block. I just kept pushing on and increasing time and intensity. Always got over it.
 
Very good to know brother, makes me even more sure that I’ll start gaining properly again.
Mindset is everything, that’s for sure.
I have also had plateaus but for you guys perspective, it doesn't look like that. But if I kept the same intensity (didn't increase it progressively) and kept stretching loosely, and/or stopped completely I would be stuck there.

My stretching will not be good for the next 3 weeks. I will not lose my gains, but I will not gain alot either this is depressing. Picking up the intensity after these 3 weeks will be necessary to get to my goal within my deadline.

It's a physical and mental game.

Just think long term man!
You've already made amazing gains, just have some kind of maintenance routine in the meantime until you're able to get back to your original protocol

I need to be less obsessed now...just relax a bit with PE. But obsession is in my nature, so it's hard. 🙂

I will do what I can, and increase the intensity in a couple of weeks.

Plateau is very easy to break. For girth, just make sure you are doing the SSJ correctly and also do not stay at same pumping pressure every month. Make sure you are always increasing pressure every month because the penis always adapt to the pressure of the pump.
 
I’m back to doing 1-2 length master sessions a day since one week back. 20-30 mins each session.

The exercise of choice is the bundled BTC and it feels like I’m responding well to it, flaccid looks longer already.

I’m excited to achieve my goals! Let’s get it brothers!

btw I have a question regarding penis ring after girth. I think my silirings have been somewhat stretched since I don’t get the same blood trapping feeling when wearing it. I experimented with a very tight band a couple of times and the blood trapping feeling was very intense and kept the dick filled with blood. But also felt a bit of pain doing it this way and I’m a bit scared after learning about DVT (deep vain thrombosis) from @squirt_inducer_man

maybe you have some input on this @huge-girth or @DLD? Can I use the ‘glans rings’ (the smaller ones) that comes with the siliring pack, or maybe should I enlarge them a bit first…
