Yes and that's exactly what he is saying to my understanding. That the safest way to clamp is using a cock ring.Pretty good information. But I do not agree with one thing, which are clamping.
My opinion is that you should never do that, the risk of DVT (Deep Vain Trombosis) is to high. If blood clots travels to your brain...lungs... you are as we say...what do we say about that?...it's not at least good since you can get permanent damages in your body. Like stoke and heart attack and those nasty things...
Much better to use a cook ring, at the end of your girth session.

Wanted to drop a quick update. I'm not super active on the forum at the moment but usually checks in a few mins a day, it's hard not to! Love this place!
I'm busy with education for a new job and have a strict deadline towards the end of this month. I'm sooo tired today BUT I WILL FINISH MY SESSIONS.
Still doing:
I always aim to do all 4 of these sessions 7 days a week.
- Erect stretches by hand 15-20 min
- BTC expressive bundles length master stretches 30 min
- DLD bundled blasters 20 min (this is a newly added session, started 2 weeks ago)
- 5x5x3
Sometimes I miss one erect sesh a week, or the 5x5x3 will be a slight quicker interval pump sesh once a week or so.
We need to study every part of our workFeels like I'm not alone. I'm also studying/education and keeping my PE on a high level. I feel like my studies have been more focused since I started with PE. Everything in my life is more focused now.
