Progress thread My All-Out SRT Routine!

Depends...what are your results?
I have not measured nor will I yet. If that's what you are asking. I plan on waiting to measure to at least january

One result I could speak of is I can now do 3 rotations on the LM when bundle downward stretch and before I could only do 2.

Before you change up on a routine you need the know the outcome to know whether or not the results have the positive expectations towards your PE goals. Otherwise, you're just shooting different types of arrows in the dark not knowing what arrow hit the target or not. That's why it's important to monitor and journal your progress; if you're serious about getting the results you want from PE training. All elite successful people keep a journal on their methods and techniques for their measurements in order to know if something is working or not and if they need to make any adjustments or complete changes to achieve their goals.
For myself, I measure every 28 days. So far, I been making progress with the same routine I started with. My next measurement is this coming Tuesday, 20-SEP-22. I will see if I continue with the same routine, or make adjustments to it.

I know, I read somewhere on this forum, only measure every 6 months. For me, that's too long to find out your routine was a failure.
I journal my training right here in this thread.

And yes, that's exactly the point for me. This endeavour we're all on is very time consuming and I don't want poor results on a ruler to get me bummed out and lose momentum. Like it did for me 10 years ago when I used my f'kin extender 12 hours a day at maximum tension like a fucking madman and all I got was discoloration and 0 results. 🤬 Back then measured every week and got huge distaste..

Update:

I've now completed 30 hours of the newbie length master routine. 60 mins a day for 30 days straight.

And also girth at night with SSJ, mityvac, 6x6x3 (+hardcore stretches, last pump set).

Apart from this I have been actively training for 4-5 months now.

Any suggestions on how/if I should update my routine guys? @DLD, @huge-girth
Have you measured and checked progress or are you waiting longer?

I literally had the same experience with the extender……I feel the pain dude

That's the question... I have not measured yet but I see small improvements on the ruler that's on the pump. My initial thought was to wait to january, maybe imma stick to that if I'm not persuaded otherwise!

WoW... 12 hours a day at full tension. That's overkill; too much stress for too long of a period. It's counter-productive, but I don't need to tell you that. The problem I find with P-Extenders is the delusional expectations the vendors sell you on with, "gain an inch in one month"; it's unrealistic. There's a guy here, @fedora, who had success with a P-Extender, but it took him a few years to do it. Personally, I don't like P-Extenders, I don't want to be strapped down for 6-12 hours a day. I like to get in the gym, do my 45-60 minutes of PE training and get out.
Yep.. I was not educated on the subject at all and I didn't know about this forum. I agree with you on that the marketing on extenders is straight out false marketing. Or for example the study phallosan did on their device they just cherry picked (1) patient in the whole study that had extraordinary results and then put his stats all over their website for you to think that's what everybody's gonna get....

Also agree I like active training better but then there's the healing in the elongated state that's supposedly super important and can be tricky to get quality time elongated afterwards. Especially if you have an active everyday life

Ya. When I started i thought all I had to do was wear the phallosan as long as I could cause the market it that way and they even warn you about not getting to the red. Turns out the device isn’t even strong enough. I finally learned about what active PE was the total man site and how the extenders are more anchors to let you heal elongated. It was backed up from what I read here and It honestly makes sense

Change nothing only look to add strength and intensity. Your routine is solid

SIR YES SIR

On the downward bundle stretch, my progession is now that I can do 3 rotations instead of 2!

Imma up the intensity OK! Should I use hyrdocortisone after both LM sessions everyday?

Yep it's crazy they leave out such important information.. 🤦‍♂️

At home, I actually wear my old Male Edge extender just because it's so fast and easy to attach and then Sili when I go outside, most of the time.

8-10 hours a day.

8 to 10 hours daily holy Mary mother of God. I hope you are not staying on the same tension for the whole 8 to 10 hours?

Most of the hours, yes I do.. It’s in the Male Edge extender. It’s kind of broken but I have fixed it but it’s limited in how I can adjust tension because of it. I’ll attach pic below on the level I use it on
