I'm really needing some motivation, I get really into pe for a few months then dont see gains and just drop it all together. Then I'll go a few months not doing any pe then I just get in that mood again where I want to do it. I think most of it is I work 3pm to 4:30am then im usually at the gym an hour and get home at 6am then by the time I shower and get in bed its 7am(without doing pe) Idk if it would be better to do it when I get up or at night after I already got my testosterone pumping lol. Just really needing any type of motivation, tips on stretches and stuff to do etc. I feel like I miss out on a lot of potential hookups just because I don't think im big/look big.
