Hey guys, just for fun i wanted to mention one of the supplements that I have been taking as I pursue my consistent and progressive PE life style.
I’m not a doctor, i in no way shape or form suggest anyone to do as I am doing.
This post is purely anecdotal.
MK677, is a growth hormone secretagogue. Taking it causes the pituitary gland to release higher amounts of growth hormone into the blood stream, and I can honestly say, I believe that it has definitely made its contribution to my more recent success.
There are some possible risks, and some potential side effects.
A common side effect of MK677 is an increase in a hormone called grelin which is responsible for making you hungry.
To avoid over eating I take 30 milligrams right before bed about 3 to 4 times a week so I sleep through any hunger.
MK677 can also commonly cause some water retention in the body, though I have not noticed much of this.
It can boost test, and contribute to fat loss as well as some anti-aging effects… Supposedly.
But there is one thing that can be a major risk……..
When your body has higher amounts of GH, it has the potential of developing an insulin resistance, so eating a lot of carbs and sugars can create a risk of a diabetic reaction.
While supplementing MK677 (also known as ibutamoren) I follow a strict Ketogenic diet to mitigate the risk.
